A: This app uses a 12 HOUR CLOCK FORMAT. For 18:30, please enter 6:30.
B: Adjust the Lunch and Overtime tabs to accommodate your needs. When you return to the Main Screen, after changing Lunch and Overtime features, please remember to press the CALCULATE button to recalculate and reflect your recent changes.
NOTE:
This version will NOT save your results when you leave the screen. Our new version at "Time Card Calculator PRO" will save the results when you leave the screen.
Features:
LUNCH BREAKS: You may add more login lines for 1 or 2 lunch breaks. Or, if you do not log in and out for lunch each day, but has a certain amount of minutes automatically deducted as lunch, you may enter 15 minutes, 30 minutes etc. in the LUNCH tab, and this amount will be automatically deducted daily.
OVERTIME: You can calculate overtime after 8 hours daily, after 40 hours weekly, or after any amount of hours you specify in the Overtime Tab.Overtime pay: you may select 1.5x, 2x, or any value you enter in the Overtime Tab.
DAYS & WEEKS:Set your number of work-days per week, the names of the days, and the day your week begins for the purposes of your pay period.Choose between a weekly or a bi-weekly pay period.
EMAIL or download the data for future reference.

so this is a great app it really is the only problem is I worked from 4:15 in the morning to 4:45 p.m. in the evening and all that it would calculate was a half of an hour it does not let you put in a.m. or p.m. that's the whole problem so that right there was enough to make me delete the app if they could fix that problem which is an easy fix as far as I'm concerned then I would read download the app and I would use it Faithfully but it was confused and a simple calculation
if you work from 8-5 everyday this app is great its biggest fault is it doesnt have am or pm function so if you have 10-14hr work days it doesnt calculate correct. I thought maybe its done in military time nope. also sometime my lunch is longer then an hour. it just didn't work for what I needed. I did love how easy and simple everything was to find.
Went from protecting your privacy to demanding access to your files and photos with adds. Use to be much better. Just going to use the 2015 version in my phone.
Everytime you put in your time and hours and you exit out of the app when you come back it resets everything, or if you even just leave the app and come right back it resets it all.... if that would be fixed would be an awesome app
Doesnt retain the hours logged even if you just minimize the app, sometimes it discounts, so I'm having to count on my damn fingers to check that the app is calibrated correct......so what the hell is the point of having the app if I'm still having to count it myself???
it has problem when you send to outlook, it comes empty. I use my gmail to send it to outlook. it works.
Need to be an option to select AM/PM for those that work over 12 hours in a shift. Once thats done i will upgrade to a 5 star
It seems like a good concept but doesnt work for everyone...or at least I couldn't figure how to do it. I work 14 hour shifts (normally 0500-1900) and it wont let me put 1900, or 7pm. So I can only calculate up to 12 hours is what ive found out. For regular 8-12 hour jobs it seems like a great concept, just doesnt work for us 14 sometimes 24 hour shift workers.
I put in the time but it doesn't always save it. I like the layout if I could get it to work.
Since last update doesnt fit on screen so cant see total sum of hourscalculated
Keeps deleting my times even after I've pressed calculate. Im going to delete this app.
I've used this app off and on over the past years to me it's the best time card app
doesnt register more that 12 hrs at a time i worked fro. 5am to 6pm and it said i worked 1 hr
Can't work over 12 hours
Pretty damned useful except I have to write everything down on paper before I can start to input the Times as I can't switch between apps without all the fields getting erased. I love it's ease of use but the inability to switch to something like a picture (or anything else for that matter) kinda complicates the process
In my situation out this ill need am and pm buttons some times I work in the pm and won't get off till the am....also not to be asking to much how about adding away to input two jobs at the same time i leave one job and go to another plz add and thanks for providing this app
This has to be the worse app, I have ever used. While entering my hours, I received a phone call, as soon as I answer it all the information I already entered disappears completely. After entering it again, I get another phone call before I complete all the entries, I get another phone call, but I learn my lesson the first and reject the call, in an effort to save the already entered information, but NO that doesn't happen, all information lost again. After third try, I'm done! NOT EVEN A GOOD PRICE AT FREE
I like that app the only issues are that in my case I get paid twice a month I get paid on the 15th and the 30 or 31th my pay period starts from the 1st thru the 14th and the second pay period starts the 15th thru the 30th. The second pay. At times has an 11 days or 12 working days if all possible if there is a way to make this it would make better app. If you need to get ahold of me you know how to.
I love the way the app is laid out and ease of use. Anyone who works less than 12 hrs. a day can use. This is where my problem with the app exists, my workday is 14 - 16 hrs a day 5 - 6 days a week. If there were a 24 hr. format I would gladly pay for app. but it is unusable as is for me. Please update so I can put the app to use.
If you work over 12 hours, it figures you only worked a few minutes or hours, not 14 hr or 12 hr and 32 min or w/e. Now I have a galaxy S4, still works the same. I really wish for a 12+ hour day ability, as I often will work days like that. I have to figure out a 11 hour day, and mentally add an extra to my total.... kinda defeats the purpose of the app in the first place.
It needs to have a A.M and P.M choice because if someone works from 6 A.M to 6:30 P.M it show up 30mins of work and it does not keep progress of you close out the app. Great idea. It reallys helps when im counting hours.
It's OK as long as you don't work more than a 12 hour shift.. no am/pm or 24th hour clock.. also my rate of pay changes at certain times ie 06.00 &18.00 not after so many hours worked so it's useless to me
The calculations are wrong. If you are not using whole hours, you will see how off it is. My pay was always off calculating $30.05 per hour when I had to calculate minutes in my pay. so I tried a simple calculation using 42.30 hours x $10 and this app gave a pay of $425 when it is easily $423. If you use whole numbers like 40 hours, 45 hours the app works fine, but if if your hours are in whole numbers and minutes like 40.30 or 40.45 hrs, then the stupid app loses its mind.
I would give it a better rating but there is a big bug. I've tested this and I'm a fellow developer. When you go to launcher or another app and use home key to return values are cleared. I have tried several ways several times and that is the only case that's consistent.
Try to put in 5:45 to 6:26 and you get 41 minutes. Accurate, but no option that I could find to add AM or PM or enter it in 24 hour format. Great app for the 9 to 5 people out there.
I love this app and layout however I HATE it because you can not save your daily clock ins and clock outs which defeats the purpose of having the app!!!! U can however email the entries but who wants to email ur time punches daily to keep up with them. I hit the download button and saved my entries and it didn't do nothing and I couldn't find no download in my phone. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ON THE APP SO I CAN ACTUALLY USE THE APP
So far it's the best app for calculating hours per day and weekly, but it NEVER saves the data if the app loses focus for any reason including when the phone goes to sleep or I answer a call. I have to reenter the ENTIRE week(s) if a call comes in or if I have to leave my phone for an extended period while entering data.
