The age of wonders
Following the storyline you will travel across the globe and explore various hidden object locations. Thus you raise your skill level and gain experience to unlock more spots on the interactive map. Various anomalies and natural disasters diversify the gameplay of adventure, so sometimes you will have to complete the hidden object scenes in pitch darkness, or face the item list with mixed letters. I like the game and would have rated higher except for the annoying way that you have to search the same scene over and over, eating up your energy, before you are awarded the article you are supposed to find.
Your basic seek and find game with mini ball shooters and 50/50 games. Interesting storyline. Only on level 5 but I plan to continue playing...with edit with any changes.
I just started game n trying to figure out the steps.I like the special affects.not to keen on using the crystals help find objects.also u run out of energy pretty quickly n think it would be great to watch ad for extra energy n not have to pay for it
I love this game and the minigames. The object placement changes more than some games, keeping the levels fresh. They recently gave a few of the levels a makeover as well, creating a few totally new scenes. I am changing my review back after some mobile/pc syncing problems disappeared. I prefer to play games on my pc, but its great the mobile app works again when on the go!
I love this game, but I have a problem. I can't get the novice bonus, it says not available pick another, undisclosed error, I also can't get the premium card purchase for the same reason. The others won't even open. I love this game so much I have it on my computer twice (the other is from onhand software). I down loaded it because I'm on level 60 (Onhand Software) and haven't gotten half the destinations open. I hope there's a bug fix, because I really love this game.
Game is very enjoyable. Theme is something of great interest to me so of course I love it. I do feel like there should be more ways to obtain energy rather than waiting or pay to play, after using the free resources and coins... I enjoy playing for a good amount of time and only get to play for short periods if I choose not to purchase. Other than that I would recommend game.
Been playing for a while now and while it's reasonably enjoyable, watch out for bugs associated with collections that have already been submitted. Under notifications/tasks it says you need to submit a collection but before you do, make sure the collection has not already been submitted. Wasted some resources and crystals on that bug. The notifications come back after you collect your reward and log out.
I will probably edit this review in time-I have just started and find it bizzare-but in an interesting way. I'm not sure what's going on-but, I am moving fairly quickly to gain experience-I like the games and the betting-the HOPS are fairly easy-so it will be interesting to see if they increase in difficulty-I do like the character dialogue-it's random but at times based on historical info-I don't mind the ads at all-I have watched a few for double rewards-I like that they are not compulsary.
First time playing the game. I love puzzle games and this is one of the best I've ever played and yes I love that it's offline and don't need additional resources to play the game fully.
I have had nothing but issues with this game. One major issue is I have I cannot play due to the Christmas event, it freezes and I am deleting this game. Don't download!
Just a great game altogether. The different side games and the events add a nice variety.
I have played for years. It used to be fun, because you could actually advance in the game. Now you need to collect....and recollect, and collect again ALL the same objects from ALL the same places to re-complete a collection that you already completed YEARS ago. And in order to find new 'quests' you need to scroll....and scroll....and scroll all the way to bottom of left column, past all the SAME DAMNED ITEMS you have already collected dozens of times. I don't bother anymore....
Some of the objects are too tiny. Also, it's timed so it can be hard to progress. On the plus side, it has a bubble side gsme and a match 3 side game, as well as 2 other side games to play. Had to uninstall, though, as it was just too hard to see.
So far so good. It is a little overwhelming when you get to level 7 (i think) and from nowhere ,you gain like 20 tasks out of thin air,however this will keep me busy. Graphics are great ,story line not so much but overall and enjoyable experience.
Interesting & a bit confusing at the start. It's a bit addictive while trying to figure it out. Still learning...slowly🧐 It really shouldn't be so hard to learn. After all, it's a freakin game for fun for Pete's same...not for frustration.
Enjoying it so far. Would appreciate the hints /descriptions staying on the screen longer. Also, some of the outline images of things to find are not clear as to what they're supposed to be.
I like playing this game but it comes to a point where it gets frustrating!! Unless you want to spend money you just have to sit and wait. It costs to much energy to search some levels and for us folks who cant spend their money I think there should be more free energy.
I've only just started and there are 2 things that annoy me already. First is that the 'energy' required to play the game accrues too slowly or disappears too quickly, second is that the time limits for some screens is way too short
I previously gave this game 3 stars because I was not clear what was happening & why. I am changing it to 4 bcuz the devs sent me an email to help. This is the first game I have ever had a problem with that someone took the time to fix it! AWESOME! GREAT WORK!!
Very hard to find some items. The description word is sometimes unclear. I'm just getting started but there should be more instructions on navigation. Seems too detailed for relaxed play.
Very Interesting game. loving it. so mysterious and the graphics are very cool. game will take you back in time where you will meet the legends and the trivia is unbeatable. play is very Interesting. searching objects is a real fun and this game helps in improving observation skill..
Have been playing the game for about 1 month. Just paid $29.99 for VIP Pass. Now my game aborts about 2 seconds after start up and cannot be played. It is now useless. Still waiting on a solution from support. Two or three hours after I informed support of what was causing the problem, it started working. The developer promised to restore what I lost after a solution was available. They are now ignoring all requests to make me whole. DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP OR MAKE ANY PURCHASES.
Time gap thyme and Finding object is really fun.The mini games are pretty cool cleopatra cheats,lol. But for me personally all the extras bits become annoying I much prefer a straight forward game that progress level by level in a clear cut way. Other than that I enjoy playing.
Have enjoyed this game for some time now but have taken a star off because of continuing problem in competition where my score freezes & stays the same for extended periods of time. (days-week or more)Absolutist tells me it is a global issue?? (I'm in Australia). Frustrating!! UPDATE 21 Jan - 21 Feb 2020 frozen on the same score. Finally resets to zero only to freeze again a few days later - 29th Feb still frozen 😠. Looking forward to next update to see if it is fixed.
I would have liked the game more if it did not have the match 3 and ball shooting weather places. Takes a long time to restore energy unless you buy something. Otherwise it is fun. Update-was doing well for 5 weeks then I stopped receiving gifts from friends and don't receive daily gift some days. Game needs problems fixed. I wouldn't opt to play this if I had known there were so many problems.
