Without prejudice. The app design is for a 3d experience, not the magazine. It steals your info including your bank details. I did not click on the payment option or give it my bank details. After having it in my cell for a week. I see a payment was taken off my account of the same amount it was charging for the experience. Terms & conditions state that as you download the app, you agree to it's terms & conditions, regardless whether you have read them or not.

you will never, ever find a surface thats ok for the app.... nothing happens. :( Ok. It took me a day to get it work. Here"s how to do it, because description says nothing: 1. download google arcore from the appstore 2.run the time app 3. when prompted to scan the surface and this is the key - point to a well lit surface and !!!!!slowly start circling your phone, drawing a circle on the surface!!! 'till moon appears. My original score was one star because the lack of proper instructions, but I modify to 3 stars, because it"s a great experience after all.

Extremely bad user experience. I gave up trying to use this app as nothing worked. Apps should be simple to use and leverage proven technology ensure reliability. I subscribe to Time and just want to read the magazine on my phone or tablet since I'm not always sitting at a computer. Will there be a Time app for just reading the damn magazine that actually works?

Does not work at all. Even with tips from others here. Only scan a flat surface. I have it everything from a cutting board, all the way to a concrete yard. Nothing. With Google ARCore installed, it just keeps crashing when loading.

Jerry Williams has the same problem that I have. The app prompts me to install ARCore. However, ARCore is already installed. The tech support response says to make sure that the latest version of ARCore is installed. I verified that the latest version of ARCore is installed, even to the point of uninstalling ARCore and reinstalling it. However, the Time Immersive app does not recognize that ARCore is installed on my device. I'm running a Galaxy S7, Android 8, with the latest updates & patches.

I was disappointed because I couldn't down load the ARcore app. My computer is an hp and I have a Samsung 10 phone. The app told me I had no compatible devises. I had my first child on July 14, 1969, so I was able to see much of the coverage on TV. I wanted my grandsons to experience this amazing event. Despite the disappointment, I do applaud TIME for making this available.

I have a Moto E5 Plus. I cannot install the AR core. I took so much effort to install the app and try to scan the surface several times. But I installed on Moto G6 and it works. Initially it didn't work but Time support reached out and asked me to reboot and try.. Then it worked! Thanks

WOW.. This is the best. Thanks, Time magazine. I'm going to buy some Jimmy Dean sausages today! It brings back memories of when America really was great. Thanks for the great memories. In 1969, I was 12 years old and remember watching on black and white TV. Sadly, now we are a distant memory/shadow of ourselves.

after downloading this I was told to load the arcore app from Google. I installed it but got stuck in a loop that kept telling me the same thing, which was to install the arcore. I did a restart on the phone and it still didn't work so I give up

Can't get it to scan the surface. Stuck with a loading circle. Samsung galaxy 8+, ARcore installed, after reboot.

Really immersive. Landing worked perfectly. Had minor camera positioning issues in the second part. Thanks for the experience!

Sounds really cool, but every time I go to try the Moon AR thing, it just says "scan a flat surface" and doesn't do anything. Fix this!

I am having Samsung Galaxy A2 Core. After launching the app is crashing all the time. I am not able to play it . Uninstalling it.

i installed and started the program. i scanned a flat surface (wall) and nothing happened. I just kept scanning and all I saw was my wall.

I suggest using a headset. Yes some setup but you get to WALK ON THE MOON. So worth it for me. Took many pics because of the detail.

Expected to bve able to read my magazin online as Time email suggests. But cannot find any option to read magazin. So deleted app as no use. Hopefully Time shortly will issue app you can read online as many other magazins offer

useless. I have been trying. Downloaded AR core app from Google store. Still nothing is happening. I think I wasted my time

i can't get paat the scan. i was going to show this to my class but its its not very user friendly.

Can't find what I was just reading this morning on paper Time. Why can't it be setup like the magazine.

I was looking for an App to buy the latest Time magazine and, instead, I got this thing which I do not have a clue what it does.

This is not a nice app. It takes so much time to download and it is not the real VR.

Worst app. No way for subscribers to read the magazine at all.
