Time Matrix Easy Organizer

All tasks are divided into 4 categories: Each category is displayed on 4 separate field:

- Not urgent and important3
- Urgent but not important4
- Not urgent and not important.

Eisenhower's method requires to perform the tasks in order from field 1 to 4, but you should try to support field 2 specially. This can be achieved by early planning your activity

Working with program is very simple. Saving tasks is quick. Even the categorization is done automatically! So you can take a note very easy.

Over time, tasks are changing. When a task becomes "urgent" it goes to another field. Everyday using requires just doing jobs in order from fields 1 to 4, so you know at once which task is more important than others.
