Time Planner: Tasks & Schedule

Wow, finally an app that seems to do everything? Calendar with time blocking, tasks for to do lists, events and general times, an awesome tutorial (the learning curve would be steep otherwise), and the ability to add notes and attachments? It's my holy grail app. I'd love an "Appointment" option (similar to Events, but with a specific time period). The app is still actively developing, so I'm optimistic this may be added eventually. Edit: time range does work for appointments! My mistake

This app is the best task manager but I can't recall it's name when I have to re set a phone. Might be god to chance to change it's name to make it more visible? I Love it. It's useful, colorful and tasks can be timed. Contains many categories and reminders to help you organise your life. Recommended!

This is absolutely my favorite! It's sometimes a bit complicated but I LOVE IT. This is the only to do list app that has stayed in my phone for more than a day. Because I'm kinda picky. I just love the design and it's perfect. It's a great alternative to paper planners. The tutorials are clear and it helped me a lot during my experience. If I forget, I can still go back and play the tutorial again to make sure. Thanks for this genius app developers!

I'm having issues with this great app. It seems not to work. Last night, I scheduled so many routines against last night and this morning; and I toggled repeat daily. The first fired, but the rest didn't. This has happened before because yesterday was the second time I'm trying to set up timing with it. So it screws my timing. I should also add that I have taken all the tutorials, took a bit of time but I went through them all. I really would love to use this app.

Downloaded the app some hours ago, easy to use, I love the graphs and statistics, the fact that pro version doesn't impede usage of the whole app like others, all around great app. 3 stars because some activities don't schedule properly and don't show up in the pie chart as a result. They lack the little purple calendar icon next to the task and idk why or how to fix it. Also if there was an option to physically enter the time you took on a specific date for a repeating task that'd be nice.

I love this after taking the time to setup my entire schedule. Very unique compared to other trackers/planners out there. One thing I wish for as an improvement is instead of having counting to be up or down in the settings, allow it to be set per task/activity. There are some things I like to count down and others I like to count up. I can only choose it one way.

Best and most secure, offline, UI efficient, colour friendly and generous, time blocking app there is I've ever seen, quickly adds tasks, . Although it does need data export variety: like add a small email and masterpassword concept to file backups in because they can get lost, especially encrypted. Also, there's a glitchy bug to please fix when renaming a category that the typing gets left to hide behind your keyboard, thaaanks. Other than that, this entire app is perfect.

I got this in hopes that I could ditch my 3lb Franklin Covey planner...I'm Uninstalling this after less than 18 hours. It's beautiful to look at, I like the visualization bubbles, but Omg trying to import my Google calendar didn't fly - events didn't show up at all! I also need primary colors, not just muted pastels. And the tutorials just weren't enough for me. So back to Franklin I go. 😭

Planing a week , I work 40 hours in a week and sleep around 56, yet I limited to 24 hours per task per week start to end date? When switched to "till done" the clock goes upto 40 hours, the task does not repeat every week on its own and then does not appear correctly inthe pie chart data log when reset each week to repeat. Also whena task is givena week to complete but not set to repeat the following week, it does not appear I'm the total number of hours at the top woth the tasks that do repeat.

The best goal-setting, deadline and organization app I've found, and I've tried a lot. It's simple, has a nice, clean layout, and is worth the small lifetime fee. Everything is organized by category, which is where I set projects, and they can all be reordered and edited. The ability to create subtasks is very useful. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that it's too easy to accidentally change the hierarchy of an item while dragging. Brilliant app.

Need pc sync I just got to this app, but its great so far, hqs all the features i looked for but didnt find. The only thing missing (apart from the google calendar permanent sync, which is nice but ok to miss out on) is a corresponding app for my laptop and pc so i can access it without being on my smartphone. Would be great to have that!

Definitely an app for detail oriented ppl, but terrific! (Strongly suggest watching the how-to videos). Had a few operational issues, developper was quick to contact, friendly, easy to deal w, & fix the problem. Highly recommend👍🏻 One small suggestion for improvement: would be great to be able to move/sort (ie drag & drop) sched activities in the morn/afternoon/eve/night day view to organise as perfered (ie when multiple activities for certain section of time)

This is the world's best organizational app!!!!!! I have been looking for something like this for 10 years! Especially great for creative, right brained personalities and people with certain brain injuries or processing issues that make accomplishing tasks difficult. I can quickly and easily set projects along with daily tasks and break them down into steps to be accomplished over time. Totally worth it for the pro. Thank you for making the cost affordable for those of us with lower incomes!!

Love It! Even bought the Pro version. I think I've run into a small glitch, though. After a few weeks, it starts resetting the settings to default automatically each day (resolved). Also, if play store refuses to connect, any purchase suddenly doesn't exist to the app.

Decent app for sure. Is kind of buggy. It will create duplicate blank events when I try to modify an existing one sometimes. I do like how you can customize the UI colors. I paid for the full features purely for the widget. But the widget was not worth it sadly. I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE a calender and daily task widget!!

So great. The bubble concept for flex tasks is so useful. I wish there was a desktop version!

I have been using your app for a time. Overall I like it and found it useful. In the other hand due to the "timer" key, I decided to promote it to pro version. And actually I expected, can see a task or logged activity based on my recorded time on my calendar when I active this key (timer) for a time. But it only make a logged activity with out showing in my daily or monthly calendar. Would you please advise me about this issue. Thank you!

it's the best planner I've used so far!! love the interface and the themes. would suggest you to make individual widgets so that i can view the calendar and notes on my home screen. would also suggest a section for check lists like a to-do list where I can check the tasks which i have completed.

Slowly learning my way around this app. So far I love it. The only thing I wish was available is a desktop/ web-based version. That way as I am working on the computer I can have this open in another tab to check off as I go. Yes I know just use my phone.. even though it is on silent during working hours I prefer to put my phone in another room to help minimize distractions.

Time feature is Immutable after Creation..Im canceling subscription if you don't change this. Avoid paying for this app!! You get the same features for free if you use it at all. Other apps have more flexibility!! You can change or switch 'Time Range or Amount of Time' once it's created. So have to delete the Sched and reattach task if you it different every time. Don't understand why you can't change this like everything else.. Schedule do change

This app is great. It is very practical and beautiful. With complete training. I find it unique. Everything that is needed for a project manager and time manager is mentioned in this application in a way that fascinates everyone with its abundant, practical and unique capabilities. Congratulations to the creative and hardworking builder. Of course, if he can combine the user interface of this application with something like the "TickTick" application, it will be the best forever.

Excellent app with lots of free features and in-depth and useful tutorials. It would be nice to have the ability for uncompleted tasks to move themselves to the next day or ask to be rescheduled or something. Keep up the great work.

I was using it in my old phone and loved it but can't figure out how to transfer my data and activity to my new phone. Edit: you cannot restore/import data without the pro version? I went through the trouble of backing it up to my Google account and finding it in my new phone just to be blocked with a paywall at the LAST step? At least put the paywall at the beginning so I don't have to go through all the work and waste time. L
