best ever timestamp finally! no ads,no permissions needed, and no in-app purchases. if you keep a log and you need to keep a record of the exact time you make a log entry then search no further. you can customize the way it generates the timestamp and I have played with many of the different ways. with one click it copies to your clipboard and you can paste it where you want. thank you to the developer. I don't understand why no one else did this before. IT'S A LIFE-CHANGER FOR SURE.

Absolutely perfect. This is the only app I have found that is a simple yet productive as this. It's a one tap solution. The app generates a timestamp and at the same time, automatically copies it to the clipboard. This is exactly what I wanted for a while but I could never find it. This app has earned a permanent home on all of my future devices

Very useful app, but the background color is too dark and there's no option to change it to see the text in the app clearly. Full inverted wouldl be okay if the text stands out.

This time stamp generator is wonderful! Thanks for the custom format options. One thing that would bring this to perfection: A 1x1 widget that added a custom stamp to the clipboard with a single click.

Excellent app. One suggestion: please allow a shortcut for the app Notification Toggle such that with one click I can add timestamp to clipboard.

This application is a lifesaver, I get financial statements without any date, I can easily use this app to add a timestamp to make it unique. Kudos developers! Not sure month in MMM form

very useful. so thanks but if u can add persian/arabic language support to app..for example -- 12:30 == ۱۲:۳۰ or 29/12/2018 == ۲۹/۱۲/۲۰۱۸ ...beacause when you write in persian you neee persian time stamp in your text. 🌷🌷🌷

Only other feature I would include is to automatically copy the timestamp to the clipboard when opened. That way this app could be used as part of a macro (e.g. Tasker, macrodroid)

This app is exactly what I was hoping to find. Perfect. Play store is shafting this developer by throwing camera results ahead of it.

On Android 10, it cannot get current time from system if it is placed & start in Samsung Secure Folder.

If it's able to setup a widget for directly copying to clipboard then it's a prefect 5-star app :)

If able to have float button will be perfect and superb.

Well since I found this app I haven't looked for a replacement. At the time I found it, it was the best one I knew of. I gave it 4 of 5 stars because it didn't have a floating widget. Personally I wouldn't have even released the app without this. I mentioned it in my first comment. Frustrated over inefficiency I came back to check and find other comments asking for the same. My original improvement suggestion was Nov. 4, 2016 (it's now 020518) about 15 months later and there has been no update in all that time. I think this is abandoned. It has to have a floating widget here is why. Some apps I use (I'm sure others too) will close and lose my typed in data if I switch to the screen to run Timestamp. I then have the DTS in the clipboard but it cost me all my data which took longer to enter than the DateTime. Other apps I have... Save the data but close the record I'm working on. Once I have the Timestamp in clipboard memory, I have to go back to my Launcher screen, restart the app I needed the TS in, scroll to the record I was working on and open it (I'm getting tired already) then scroll down to where in the record I need the DTS. Whew. Not worth it, more risk (every time I mess with records I must take great care not to harm or delete them, true is bad programming on apps author, but) THIS kind of app isn't allowed that stupidity simply by way of it's purpose. Hope it's still supported and updated before I find another, it works great custom format, but not great but usable in some apps, not at all in others. I suppose it's ok for people only needing one occasionally, but I need them sometimes as many as 6 per minute. For now, I type one manually, copy it, and increment the paste as needed (only way I know that's fast enough). Oh BTW the settings form fields or so out of place, they overlap one another on 4.5" screen making it nearly impossible to customize or select what you want without many trial and errors first. Must not have been tested on many phones.

I would have loved to have apps that duplicate this tool's functionality, so I won't need to run this before running the other apps. Still, it does its job perfectly. And in almost a year of usage, I haven't encountered one single issue or bug.

Quite honestly the best timestamp app on android. The ability to create exact and custom time formats as well as copy directly to the clipboard is what i was looking for. I wish it could create a static icon in the notification bar so i could just hit it when ever I need.

Date and time stamp generator. One click in app to copy to clipboard for use. Not the most ideal way, but the best that's available for free.
