I have a Galaxy s20, and have been experiencing the same issues as Tracy. With multiple walks per day, time is precious and these crashes while typing a report for your client are beyond frustrating. App worked perfectly until about five weeks ago. I like what you've created, but this definitely needs addressed. Thank you

The app has been a really great tool to communicate with my pet sitters while we're away. It has worked great until this last update. Since the update, the app freezes in the middle of every sentence while typing a message to my pet sitter. I have to continuously close the app altogether and re-open it to continue typing my message. I have to do this at least 7 or 8 times before I can complete my message and send it. This is extremely frustrating and time-consuming when I'm out of town. Pls fix

Worked perfectly fine until I updated my phone to Android 12. Now it keeps crashing every time I try and leave a message or complete a job. I've updated the app to the latest version and also reinstalled it 3 times with the same outcome. Having to use the web shortcut I've created which is far from ideal!

This app is fabulous. I've been using it for about a month now and it really makes life easier when you work with a team of pet sitters. Functionality is great, haven't had a bug yet. A few feature requests: for employees who don't have access to editing a client's profile, a way to make your own notes for each client/pet instead of having to ask the boss to do it and a place to list all employees' contact info/phone number for easy access.

I use this everyday for work. It's awesome and makes everything client related so convenient! I only have one suggestion, even though it's pretty perfect as is: It would be awesome if they could somehow put client trash days on their slots on the main schedule along with the other important info. It's hard to remember so many trash days when you are blessed with many clients!

I LOVE this app! It makes communication between clients and staff, scheduling, billing and payments so easy! I love that you can send and save emails, pet reports and documents, as well as run reports and get notifications about pet birthdays and vaccines due. It's a wonderful tool and I wouldn't want to do business without it!

Please make it refresh less often. Often it will refresh right after I've taken a photo in the "stop timer" end-of-event screen, forcing me back to the main schedule with the timer running again when it shouldn't be and failing to attach the photo I've just taken.

Can the notifications get fixed please? I selected to NOT be notified if an admin messages me but all day my phone is still going off in the group messages that don't pertain to me. I only want to be notified if a client messages me and that's what I selected but majority of the time I don't even get a notification then but MULTIPLE notifications for the same group message that was sent by an admin. I had to go into my phone and disable the app notifications.

I could not run my buisness without this app. I love it. Only thing is I wish it was easier to switch between companies. I work for another sitter who uses TTP as a IC and I constantly have to log in and out all day long to change profiles.

This app is great except for every 2 or 3 months since I got it I have to uninstall and re install the app 2 to 3 times because I cannot attach pictures to the visits. Please update the app and fix this bug.

The GPS navigation needs work. I have to reload the app each time for it to work properly. Recently I have been getting double pictures of each visit and added on visits the client didn't even ask for.

T2P has drastically helped my business, and my stress level! It allows me to work along side my clients, and my employees enjoy the app. I like being able to invoice clients right in the software - plus clients can make their own payments and schedule visits. They allow you to color code employees which is helpful to me, as well. Would recommend this software.
