I used this app with my son, who loved it. I reinstalled it for my daughter, and all I get is the "oops, an error occurred" message.
App doesn't work. They must have stopped it. I keep getting an error message.
This app must be unsupported. Same network error mesage as other reviewers. Should be removed from apo store...
You only have one child option, I have 3. You don't need to know what time they wake up or go to bed. And you don't need my email and Facebook information! Just be a flipping timer that resets itself so they can hear the noise and go potty on their own. This app is too damn nosey!
Yes, I installed a month ago and it was working fine but now it keeps telling me "Oops! A network error has occurred. Please try again later". It still won't let me sign in. PLEASE FIX, my daughter who will be 20 months next week liked when the timer went off and we went to bathroom for her to sit on potty chair. This app would be very useful if it worked properly.
Had this app previously and uninstalled due to space issues on phone. Toddler started asking for it again and I can't sign in to account due to a network error. Very frustrating reading that this issue has been going on for so long without resolution. Terrible support.

I am a teenager and I tried it for my self and it keeps saying network error and I have unlimited wifi and data on my phone. Won't let me get past the screen to sign in. I keep getting a network error. So frustrating as I used this app with my first child and was looking forward to using it with my second child who is now 2 years old.
Might be ok if I could actually sign up! I've tried for 2 days and consistently get a network error every time. Also, having a few different skin tone options for kids would be nice if the apartment ever gets fixed.

Same thing like most , network error tried it with 2 different phones, got them on wifi ,took off the wifi, tried it on a friend's phone for the 3 Rd time still says network error
