The app works. But if you use the Outlook plugin to turn calendar entries into time entries you basically can't use the app because time entries from the app do not sync back to Outlook. So for me the outlook plugin is best. I wish both worked syncing both ways.
App freezes then crashes. allows sync, but then all functions freeze. cannot see team entries or my own. seems to be a recent occurrence as the app used to work fine.
It works. But be prepared for long load times. Used to work great. After most recent update pages take forever to load. Needs to be forced closed often because of all the timing out. Not a fan
first day of using it. like they say, right out of the box - should play on words with - WRITE out of the box. spend the time, do a solid install, link it, and sit back and use it. so far i am impressed
Can't login. It said "can't perform this action while offline", my phone was online all the time. Secondly why this app requires access to camera?
Not user friendly. Looks like a total different panel or dashboard.
Very very slow. Its taking ages to load the hours and another age to save it!

Improvements have been made recently. Convenient. But takes a while sync data and seems to need to do so every session even on same day. I think that there is too. For improvement there.
Update makes it slow and will not sync last sync was 6months ago
Updates continually remove essential features and make the app run slower and slower.
Yes it's a but slow, but it works reliably. Overall it's decent - it'd be much better with a few small tweaks: have it pop up the number pad when you select the totals hours input & let it have a little more scroll so I don't have to close the keyboard before selecting save after inputting hours.
Update has made the app non functional for all of my employees. Technical support is no help at all. Their solution is uninstall and reinstall. Done that about 20 times now, still doesn't work. I will be requesting a credit for the past 2 months if subscription.
Was having troubles similar to the other 2017 reviewers. Uninstalled and relaxed this new-looking version today. Love it! Thank you

Pretty awful update. Looks nicer but as soon as you go to review time or submit entries it freezes. If you wait (past even when your phone pops up a close dialog) it eventually submits an entry. The older version was buggy but at least it mostly worked. This version is almost completely useless. Bravo ebility, you made me miss the old flawed app, which I didn't think was possible. Running this on a Moto X Pure with Marshmallow if it helps anyone.
Flawed since day one. This last update makes it unusable. The iPhone app is light-years ahead of the Android app.
Works well. One improvement would be huge in terms of time savings for the daily user (me): make it so that the app waits for the user to send data to the cloud. There's way too much wait time watching the little 'processing' icon spin whilst in the middle of editing info, flipping back and forth from this page to that. Better to allow all editing on device first, then prompt user to upload or save data before closing session. This keeps employees on the job instead of editing Time tracker!!
