Time Tracker - Timesheet

New version is a disaster. Screen is clogged up with useless info. Old version provided me better overview and simpler way to configure look and feel. Now I'm still trying to find even the most basic settings just to be able to work. I'd rather have the old GUI back. When I first started using it years back I could immediately find my way around. New GUI is a maze. I hope this gets rolled back soon or I'll have to look for another app.

I was hopeful the organizational approach and online backup capability offered by this app would be perfect for my needs. However, I have come to realize that users are unable to delete mistakenly added domains/projects/tasks—they can only be "deactivated." This wouldn't be an issue, except that deactivating is the only way to hide an entry to keep things clutter-free on the web interface, which also excludes the domain/project/task from charts and reports! Horrible! Can't use.

I used to love this app, but since their last update (or since last time I updated at least; I might have been a few versions behind) the app takes a significant time to launch. It is not very long, but given how often I go to the app on the course of the day, these sometimes 10 seconds or so accumulate to quite a lot of time. I can't say I saw any new features that made a difference for me, but optimization was neglected. A tracker, like a good waiter, should always be present but invisible.

Seems like a good tracker - one of better ones I've tried so far. I (personally) find the UI unnecessarily clunky and awkward to manage - could be so much simpler to use. A few bugs here and there but no real show stoppers. I like some of the additional functionality, such as when editing a recorded task (say editing end time), it asks if I want task next to it to automatically update start time also, so a gap isn't left behind. Yet to export data and see final results but ok so far.

This app is very well designed, flexible and easy to use. Only two problems: it can only record to the nearest minute (or 1/100th of an hour). An option to record to the nearest second should be feasible and would be very useful to me, the higher precision could always be rounded off if it were not needed. The only other imperfection I've found is the use of American (mdy) format for the date on the timeline screen, incorrect for UK users (dates on other screens all conform to device settings).

Looks good in terms of options etc, but impossible for me to use because there's no way to change the font size in the UI, and it's TINY. Seems to be the same as my phone's "smallest" setting for the system font (and I keep it on "largest" usually). Even with perfect vision this would be hard to live with but for me it's a deal breaker.

Looks very professional, but also technical. I haven't used much of it, but I'd say the creator knows what they're doing in terms of creating the kind of content they want for this. But I can see the user interface easily confusing many users, and with a countless number of apps all vying for attention, it could become easy to cast this app aside.

This is a great and very helpful app! Very slight learning curve, but super easy once you get a feel for it. Lots of different options/functions, including color coding and ability to get really macro or really granular. Data can be filtered/sorted multiple ways, pre-export, and exports properly to put into your own spreadsheet as needed. No intrusive ads and no "premium only" functionalities. You get exactly what's described.

I've been using this app for the past 3 years since I'm a contractor. It allows me to separate my contract jobs by domain and then break al of that out by project and tasks. There's a really quick home screen listing your domains with a start button (to begin clocking time) and a stop button. You can even set a pause. There are some other features the app does that I don't use, but the ability to export a summary or .csv file within a range of dates and then by domain(s) and project(s) is really the best. They premium version will backup everything snd thee is a desktop version where you can manipulate the data further. I will keep using this app for a long time & recommend it to anyone who works whether contract or perm hire. It is essential for your protection and good for analyzing the time you spend on specific tasks as a time management tool.

Best and without ads; Simply Wonderful ! Great ! Now subscribed to website also for syncing and saving many types of tasks So many things on one screen alone ! Three recent tasks can be started and stopped from notification tab itself without opening app. Thank you. It took me some time to learn functions of each tab. But once it is found to serve one's purpose, or when two or more person wants to work together, its website sync is also cost effective which comes with a free trial...

Easy to use, flexible and fast. I've been using Time Tracker for round about 5 years now without having any issues. The developers respond to emails quickly and even implement feature requests ;) With the automatic backup feature there is no need to worry if your phone breaks down, simply restore your backup on your new phone.

I really want to like this app and I do love most of its features like the domain-project-task hierarchy and the convenience of just clicking on a task to start and stop. The one thing that ruins this app for me is viewing my tasks for the day. A simple calendar view is there but you can't manually zoom. It either stays fully zoomed out or zooms to fit every task. I can't view smaller task times easily because they are too small and the app prevents from simply zooming in according to my will.

It's great time tracker, which is friendly and easy to work with. If one has a lot of small projects, the app could be improved to provide more organization options, as well as enabling comments per session and an improved method of viewing project numbers when reporting.Other than that, it's an awesome tool!

I've used this app for over 4 years and it works great. Easy to start/stop, move from task to task, easily export data and can add or fix entries with a free clicks. I remember the set up taking a bit of time, but once you understand the levels and get it set up, easy breezy.

I've used this app for a year. I love the simplicity and yet the attention to detail. Easy to export data and to use the reports. I appreciate the low cost and the high quality in reliability, minimal problems, and timely updates. I wish other apps could be this effective. Thank you Gleeo team!

Having paid for and using this for over a year, and syncing to the web version, now when I login all my data has gone. Yet the subscription is still ongoing. This is a business apo amd I use it to know how much client timenI have used. I am devastated the data has been lost, which is now go to affect my work massively. Surely the point of cloud and synced data is smooth transition between devices? Ridiculous, I'm so annoyed.
