This app is a nightmare. I have an older phone. And it won't work! We have many devices and it barely works on one of them! I don't have money to get newer devices. And this app has constant issues. And it's very difficult to use. We finally got use to it and I guess it updated and a bunch of stuff changed. Ugh. This app is making me crazy
I don't know why it changed...the new update version is horrible. The pictures that are showing is the old way...it was a lot easier the other way. I don't recommend it unless it goes back the original way.
If I could give 0 stars, I would give -10 Stars. For MONTHS I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with this app. I clock in/out to only have time state that it has been added, only to have it, then disappear... I can add in the website, but then it disappears from there too... Can NEVER get anyone on the phone, never get a response to emails... I have deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared cookies/cache, I have tried everything, NOTHING WORKS!
Worst app ever, so buggy! I clock in at 2:30pm and out at 3:30pm back in at 3:30pm and at 5:30pm the says I am logged out because I was clocked in for 24 hours! What a joke! App continually has me reconnect on my own network. PPL does not care at all. Errors several times a week every week. PPL will just respond to this review with a canned reply and never does anything to fix the problems.
This app is lagging, I always have a hard time clocking in and out and going back in to put hours in manually or fixing old entries that have been saved. The app always kicks me out of it and i have to sign back in.
This app is so stressful. You put in your hours and the hours are then approved. Then it's gone. Completely gone. So then you worry about your paycheck. Since when do the providers have to get so stressed. Calling customer service is great but I have to call them 3 time a month over this issue. And to explain over and over. This app needs to be fixed. We don't get paid to stress over our time sheet. Fix the dam thing. It's horrible!!!!!! I don't have time for this. I have to focus on my job !!
App will not work for my employer. So they cannot approve my time. PPL still haven't fixed the time sheets for my employer so again they can't approve my time and I can't get paid. Multiple calls to customer service and our enrollment assistant still not working after three weeks. Extremely frustrating it's like working a second job just to get your time approved. Out and out just stressful.
Its hit or miss sometimes whether it will actually clock in or out at times. But if it doesnt work to clock in you can always manualy input hours. So over all it does what i need it too. One issue ive never been able to resolve is whenever it wants me to change my password it just locks me out, wont let me log in unless i change the password but wont let me change the password unless im logged in, so ive just had to get ahold of someone to change it for me every time
As soon as I get used to using the app, there's an update that completely changes the entire layout. This adds a lot of confusion.
Update: Let me say this once; I hate this app! I can't even view the entries I put in the month before so I can know how many hours i have put in for the week! The last app was better. Go back to that, and I'll rate this closer to 5 than 1! Why would you fix what was NOT broken?! I don't need to figure out how to work the app! It needs to go back the way it was, where we could view the history of our timesheets easily!
Best ever...so easy to use and very efficient and professional. I am sorry we have to switch to another company manage our son's caregiver pay/timeshares. Best of luck to all.
ZERO STARS! It just Made me pick one to post this. This app needs fixed ASAP! I'm tired of clocking in, running my shift clocking out and then my time disappears. This has been happening for MONTHS. I update and uninstall & reinstall all the time, it does not fix the problem.
Normally works okay but I've had issues where it crashes, is slow, etc. I am late signing in today because the app needed updated, taking up more space on my phone. I had to delete other apps that I need on my phone in order for this one to simply update. I dont have a lot of apps...Frustrating...
I do not like the new update. The way you have to input your hours is weird. Each time they make revisions, I find them more futile and and unnecessary. It's almost as if they make these sporadic "updates" for mere aesthetic purposes, which doesn't enhance nor simplify the apps navigational usage for its users.
This app starts my start time and I'm and takes my end time sometimes sometimes sometimes not and they go for days with No entries at all because it doesn't record them I'm on the latest version I've done everything you can't get anything end of the pay. To adjust the hours because Because the regular app is too busy to accept your Edit If there is no true purpose for this app except to make it so that the $5.35 they give us an administration fee. Takes 5 hrs+ to input hrs.
The app is easy to use, WHEN IT'S WORKING, latest problem: after entering the daily hours, signing the timesheet and submitting for the day, suddenly it disappears and have to enter all over again just to get the same result. I have tried clearing the cache doing exactly what customer service instructed me to do, but to no avail. Now I have to go to the online portal (the way it was done before the app) that never gave me an issue and re-enter everything!! SO FRUSTRATING!!
I have contacted customer service several times. Cleared cache re-installed the app. The app will just refresh and clear everything in the middle of being clocked in. Or when it's time to clock in/out and I click it freezes and messes up my time by over 5 minutes at times. With having to be EVV compliant this app makes it almost impossible and it's really frustrating!
If you have a new model phone this app works amazing, it is quick and efficient, your Participant can approve your hours the second you clock out and I have never missed a pay or had a discrepancy. The only thing I can say bad about the app is that if you have an older phone without much storage the app may give you some issues because it has to be updated or it won't work properly.
Im startin to hate this app. Ever since this new update, my time entries are not saving. It will clock me in and everything but when I clock out and enter all the info it doesnt save the entry as if I didnt work at all
This app has been great. I get to see my hours and also get to see my paystub. Never had any problems with it.
Never had a problem using this app. It was straight forward and easy to use. HOWEVER with this new version 8.6 it is complete trash. Sloppy, awkward, clumsy interface. It used to take 2 minutes now it takes 10 minutes to try to figure out what they were thinking. Horrible Design! Horrible Navigation! Horrible New Interface! How can we get the older version interface that works? The version that worked great was the one Pictured right on Google Play store. Easy navigation, working interface
This app is usless! It makes my job as a service worker so much harder. I can't clock in before starting a job because it freezes up, it takes forever to load, and when it does load it crashes. I have to complete my "timesheet" in between crashes and pray that I can get them turned in on time. I have sent two feedback reports since I began using this app, and nothing is done. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. There either needs to be another option, or fix the app!
As of today, (4/25/2022) the trashy app is still trash! ... It kicks me out every time if I hit the back arrow when I'm just trying to go to another screen/ function in the app. I have to enter my username and pw multiple times once I'm in the app. And I can't see any current hours, or, upcoming pay dates. Yes, I've tried with the filter too..
