Everytime I see any lecture and I move out from the application, it takes forever to load another lecture. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app then after few such repetitions I can do another lecture. Facing this issue since 2 months. Paid such huge amount of fee and getting such low features.
Video lectures are not playing on mobile devices. Lot of bug and hangs a lot. This app is very poorly designed and is not at all helpful for students. I have to watch videos from my laptop. I don't know what is the point of making an app if it isn't useful. Kindly update it and it smooth as during the corona period most students rely heavily on the online platform for studying.
I have updated the app, I can see the recorded videos for the online course but the video is going out of bounds of the screen, the video is not fit to the screen size ratio, please look into the issue. Anyway I cannot access recorded videos in desktop, now even in the mobile app there are issues, please fix as soon as possible.
Worst App ever, I have been trying to watch video lectures but it says loading, it takes a lifetime for that and yet even after that the page is blank. After completing one lecture, when I wanted to watch another lecture, it said classes "The online class video lecture is not available for your course", I was literally just watching a video. I have to uninstall and reinstall on this app due to this isssue so many times. We are paying such high fees.. And all of that for services like this?
Kindly improve the app, it will be very helpful if we can join online class using the app
The new feature which is limited to 3 views is causing inconvenience as I face network issues in my place and when viewing if the video is buffering for a long time, I had to refresh the application and come back again by when the view number has decreased. If atleast the video is played until last, the view gets decreased that's fine...but this way where the view gets decreased in the starting only is causing trouble. Please help
The App is awesome. It helps a lot. But there is a issue related to User Login and Password. Many times it is difficult to login. So please make improvements. Also please improve the Sectional Test because it has issues related to screen resolution. It doesn't happen frequently in my phone though.
Please allow us to download the pdf in the app only. Everytime I switch the app to another app, it needs to start from beginning. If the download feature is enabled for the app only, we needn't to download everytime. I hope you can understand our problem. I would like to have the same feature for pdf as you have recorded videos.
Not able to access my mobile app it is asking to upload profile pic but it is not getting uploaded, worst
I am getting an issue. When I take any sectional test and submit the same,I find results to be all messed up. I mean all the questions that I had attempted appear as not attempted,options also change from what I have marked. And sometimes they show totally different results (from what I have marked) it's been 6-7 times continuously. Can it be fixed?
could be really helpful if app included a calender feature which could mark the lectures, doubt session, workshop and catalyis marked on different days with its respective time. Everything in one place is better than searching every lect from different links. I missed some of my lects cause i didn't checked every link everyday. please take my suggestion into account.
App and website are not working at all. Every single day it is either crashing or reloading. How am I supposed to study if this keeps happening. For the amount paid in fees for this course, the service provided is horrible. Not at all worth it, you end up wasting time instead of using it productively. Fix these issues ASAP!
It worked well before but as time goes on it gets worsen day by day . App does not display any details regarding my batch . Also was not able to load any handouts before but in addition to it video lectures are not been displayed now even after updating app to latest version of it. It simply pop ups message showing video lectures and handouts not available for your batch. Kindly help me out as studies are getting affected due to this mismanagement of application.
This has become the worst app. It fails to load most of the time and even when it loads, sometimes the title of the video class and the class provided is completely different. Even on desktop you provide only 3 chance to view a recorded class and due to a technical error I have lost the 3 chance.
It loads so slow and wastes so much time. Most of the content shows 'will be uploaded soon'. Also, the books and pdfs are difficult to read in the default view and you do not allow to download them which is completely wrong since we have paid so much for the course. The UI/UX of the app is also very poor. Please improve the app as TIME is not just a coaching institute but a brand in India.
Online handouts cannot be downloaded (major issue). We need to see the handouts thru online app. On viewing questions, you moved to solution page then again back to question at that time it keeps on loading and after few mins it shows a white blank page. Most of the time it keeps on loading. After so much of loading the answer is blank page.
Very Few basic material is available in study material options, but the actual soft copy of material is not available. There is an option for study material in academic inputs but it is always showing black. There is nothing in the display when I opened it. It's not about the network I have very speed internet connection. I tried to open other options like gk, study plan, etc.. they are showing content but only study material is not available, which is the most important of all for online users.
Waste of money and "time". I already regret spending so much amount for this course. They won't even let you download the e-books and they also put a limit on the number of times you can watch a lecture (3). They would constantly call you to join extra courses just to fill their pockets with more money. Their website and app are pathetic and your video might get stuck in between and hence you can no longer re-watch the video because the limit is crossed without even watching the entire lecture.
Hope this finds you well. Due to buffering and weak network. I'm facing issues as I'm not able to watch the online class videos. If I watch it till last then decreasing it is fine but whenever I refresh or restarts it, it gets decreased by 1. Already emailed you people but received no response yet!
Kindly fix the app once and for all. There's some kind of new issue that comes up within this app every day. On one day, you can't find the classes and on another, the titles would be different. Please fix this so the students don't keep on facing this issue continuously.
Online lecture videos are appearing zoomed in, cannot see the whole screen. Please help. Please also retain the option of watching the past lectures on the website as it is way more comfortable to watch it on a laptop than a phone.
VA and RC Study material booklets are not available on this app. When i open these on timeforeducation ,website via any browser on my mobile phone, i am not able to read anything even if i zoom in because the font size is very small and doesnt fit to page. You keep on changing the format. Very disappointed
Website and app crashes every second day. Firstly it is very slow. Then when it opens, it crashes and start flashing the login page repeatedly. How are we supposed to study when your platforms aren't even functional?! Fix it ASAP!
The videos lectures wre not playing after downloading it. I am done complaining to my Center. They think its not a big issue. I think I if you provide some feature it should at least work. Kindly look into the matter and sort it out as soon as possible
It's not working. It is showing video lectures are not available for your course. But when I open it in desktop it works. I should be working in mobile phone also as it will be easier for anyone to access at anytime and anywhere.
Your site and app are literally worthless. They're mostly working if you're connected to wifi. But if you go for the internet from hotspot which is also giving around 40mps speed, they don't work. So really you need to check out the glitches of hotspot bec it's really draining the time. Ironically.
Online classes aren't loading at all . I reinstalled the lastest version. Logged in and out several times. The online classes section is not opening at all. Why can't it be accessible in both the platforms website and app. Please rectify and extend the video available time further as it is inaccessible.
This app has a lot of bugs. It is too annoying to use a app where almost all the options have one or two bugs. This app shows wrong study material, extremely old cat papers, it doesn't loads "online clsses" option at the time of live class and today it was showing that online class is not available for my course.
