Needs some work. App crashes a lot and it's very sluggish even with the best internet. We use this for traveling and it would be nice if the clock on the app could change with the timezones. It would make things a lot easier to self manage.
Convenient app clocking in and out at your discretion but most recently unable to use actual application as a timeout issue keeps occurring. Having to clock in and out through chrome web browser. Update: I had tried the email you submitted from this response and it says from auto reply that I must be authorized to speak with someone?
It started out being a good and safe idea. we were able to keep our distance and login.. but now it seems that there's too many of us and the machine keeps having trouble letting us login and logout. We already have two devices.
This is obviously an abandoned project or the developers have no incentive or skill to improve their app. Get ready to visit your manager to fix 8/10 punches because the app would show nothing but an infinite loading screen when you needed to punch. Wifi, mobile data, kill and relaunch the app - it's probably not going to work.
Really frustrating that the clock in/ clock out, break in/ break out doesn't even show up as an option... all I can do is basically approve my hours- how do I fix this? Isn't this for Android? I've removed the app, restarted my phone. Please give a solution - there is no other place for me to contact to ask questions other than writing a bad review - will change to 5 stars if I can get the click in/ out fixed to where I can see it and actually use it!
It's very complicated, I don't like the display of the weeks I'd rather have it in a monthly calendar form. It's very annoying. The school I sub for went to this app, I dislike it 100%.
Worst login experience. Not friendly for the user at all to get signed in. Why can't the user just enter a login and password , and a PIN if you want the extra security. I was so annoyed trying to login I gave it to someone else to login for me... 5 minutes later success! I haven't even tried using the app yet and this is my feedback.
Garbage! I've been trying for days to set this app up on my new phone but I keep getting, "ERROR: Unable to establish connection with server"... Worked just fine on my old phone but now it's useless...
The app denies access to move forward when HTTPS info provided by employer is chosen. It asks for an external host for connection then denies access. Its an android phone. Doesnt matter if samsung or lg. Its ridiculous.
App zones are spotty and app completely stopped working a week ago and remains stuck on loading screen. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix it. Very poorly made and not recommended.
In the beginning it was really great just recently it just started acting up when u go in to go clock in 8t just says stays in one place like it wants refresh but it stays on refresh it just stays on mobile time clock like it shows nothing literally so I don't know what to do
the app has a lot of trouble finding geolocation. it doesnt let you clock in or out without it. i tried at least a dozen times yesterday alone. its a constant problem.
I have no clock in/out buttons. I'm following the directions from my employer on installing and configuring the app correctly. I seem to be the only person in my organization with this issue. Could it be my phone? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G running Android 10. I tried to email your company a screenshot but the message bounced back as restricted.
Hello, app was working OK a few days ago, but now i need to open app thru playstore as app has disappeared although it is listed in system settings. Not sure how to retrieve app. Thanks for your help.
This app is no good. The GPS connection is terrible. I literally take 5 to 30 more minutes clocking in and out. My Supervisors have to fix everything!
App is lame. Hate it. Always have to fight with it to get it to work. I work IT helpdesk, but this is just MY experience here. Geolocation has trouble. Network connection has trouble (must be clearly on EITHER cellular OR Wi-Fi or it won't work--always turning off one or the other to punch in/out). Have clocked in late a time or two because it literally took about 5 minutes to get the app to clock me in. Various other random glitches come and go--right now, it won't show me my time off requests.
