I love the timehop app. I spread the word to alot of people that they should get the app. I like how you can get pictures you posted a year ago to the day. Or 5 years ago to the day. It always makes me smile getting on timehop. Definitely recommend getting the timehop app..
I adored this app for years and years. Now? No one will help get my streak back. I just sent another request detailing my problem, hit submit and I got a non-existent page. I have a screenshot but, alas, no way to attach it.
Love this app! The only reason that I didn't give it 5 is that I didn't check it for weeks but my "streak" never reset. I think it's unfair to say I've been on 200 days in a row when I didn't touch the app for 2 weeks.
Love it! Altho You could not stay neutral, you had to bring politics into our happy place? So disappointed!! I love looking at my time hop 1st thing, the good memories and the retro( older version) not a political commentary. So my past review below still stands, but not as pleased. It would be awesome if you put the actual year especially for those of us that scrapbook 😊,also would be great if we could go back to previous days. I enjoy seeing this every morning. Love it. Thx for the memories😍
FRUSTRATING!!! APP! I HAVE uninstalled and re-installed numerous times. Nothing so far has helped🥺 You can save a picture and the next sequence of pictures will not load. If you hit the back button, the whole app stops and you start over again!! I like memories but if this isn't the "magic fix" for this problem. It's Uninstallerd and in the TRASH!!🥵
Does what it sets out to do... What has become an annoyance is it fails to "open in dropbox". It displays the pictures but when you want to use the open with feature it does nothing. Open in Google photos works. Using oneplus8 but didn't work one OP5 or 7 either.
I've had Timehop for years now. And I've never done my review, because I need so many more than 500 characters. And its a vital part of my day. Sometimes it's nice. Sometimes it hurts. But it's always a memory. And as someone with severe memory loss, every single one is crucial. Every single one is special. Thank you Timehop. For giving me some of my memories back.
Second Instagram account no longer shows. I disconnected account and now can't add it back in as the option for a second Instagram account is missing
I've been using this app for many years, I like how it keeps my memories in one place for me and shows me what I did last year or 8 years ago on this app. I recommend 😊
Absolutly love the app to capture my memories. To be honest it's the reason I still post on Facebook. I'm excited that one year later I can relive the memory!
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling & giving necessary permissions, it now does not work. It was working fine before recent update. Oh yes, it never fails to show ads, in place of showing our memories (for which it was initially created).
Stated off so well.everyday it takes so long to see the photos from 8-10yrs bk.always buffering even on wifi and 4g and 5g.not time hope its time frezze.pay your team more money to sort it ffs
Honestly it's a decent app, but I feel like even though most of my things are connected I still don't get all my memories and have to look on the actual apps, also really wish they'd let us add snapchat!
Not being able to open my memories on Facebook led me to download this app. What a waste of my time, linked Facebook to see my memories and hey presto only 2 things from me - I know there are more - all the rest is random rubbish. Thanks for nothing.
This app made me recalled lot of memories..... I love sending pic of now an than to most of my friends.... Through all of this snap i m actually remembers lot of days.... So nice 😍
I like the app but it should not send you a push notification if you don't have any memories for the day. It also sends me a notification even if I have already viewed my daily content. I think I will turn off notifications.
Lately I've noticed the memories keep repeating thru each day and it takes me forever to get through just 1 day. It's also telling me the wrong information. Like on one memory it will say it was 10 years ago when in fact it was 11 years ago.
After the last update, most of my pictures are shown in a strange way.
Should have a icon which is the calendar and you can go back and look at time with out waiting for the nexted day
It's always fun to see what happenednin the past. Very easy to use.
I used to be able to see my past text messages and after the update those dont show up anymore. I've tried everything to get them back. Super frustrating!
Great for memories, can be laggy, not load and be troublesome to post or share but overall great little app to see the memories
I was excited to find this app, now I'm still very happy to be using it but it could use some improvement. I would like to be able to add all my photos in chronological order. it seems every other photo app constantly tries to put them in order of some way thats their choice, by facial recognition or by "pets" or "vacation pictures". I do not want that! I simply want my photos in order as if im putting them in albums at my kitchen table! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT APP!!
It's a great app. I had a three year streak going before I deleted it. Unfortunately since I don't post that much to social media it was pulling pictures primarily from Google photos. I recently ran out of space on Google photos and had to transfer all of my photos to a hard drive, so most of what Timehop is showing me is a bunch of empty pictures. It's not time hot fault that I don't post to social media, but it becomes a bit inconsequential when it doesn't have access to the data it wants
Update** Did the edit as suggested and back to normal. 😊 Used this app for several years and always been great. Occasionally off on the year but no big deal. Until today. Its showing me every picture in my phone as 1 year ago. Made it to 2 years back, showing as 1 year ago, Before it froze and crashed. Now I have to start over to attempt to make it to the end to keep the streak
App has had major improvements, bug fixes, and a really fun and active social media presence. I highly recommend it. Tip: if your screen freezes after clicking on a photo, tap the screen then swipe out. Fixes the error instantly.
