This new version update UI is very bad. Please revert back to previous version. Unable to sort from main page price low to high. After scrolling down few pages, and after click to view product details, when click Back, it goes to top of page and not where we last view. When sort price range, it shows also all ended auction products unnecessarily.
I love this app, watches of different brands are easy to find and search. They have many many varieties and styles of watches. I'm basically hook to this app daily and purchases are effortless and stress free. Delivery and service is the best. Timepeaks will ensure you get every bit of information once you purchase the item until it has been send to you. Delivery is also lightning fast. Keep up the good job guys!
Sure its a great site to bid on, but if you're an English speaker and in my case needed a refund, no one speaks English. This is ridiculous for a high end watch auction site targeting english speaking clients even if we are in the minority. Its been 2 days and still no refund. I bought a watch and was told it was sold elsewhere.

Just received my GS watch, bought via Timepeaks. This is my first luxury watch I tell you, supposed to be nervous for a first timer spending huge sum buying luxury watch from oversea.... but no, it had been a pleasant experience. Timepeaks is recommended, I'll go back.
One of the best international platforms for quality items that can be sourced out from Japan. They got probably one of the best and customer friendly working team.
Great site to acquire preloved pieces. Request for more info and queries were promptly addressed. Would suggest further improvements to the app as mentioned by the other reviewers, e.g. allows sorting based on Condition.
Biased operator. Sellers who advertised their product as returnable are allow to refuse to sell to the highest bidder. After the bidding is over, they can place their product for bidding again. Bidders will go through the same nonsense and the seller can refuse to sell. When you expose such practises, Timepeaks will just ignore your concerns and if you press on they will suspend your account even though you have bought plenty through their app. I won't recommend this to any collectors.

Great app. Bought 3 watches already. I use it to browse for leisure and when I see something I like, I would go to a PC to make a purchase. If you need to see more photos of the watch, you may be able to get more photos from the original site it was being sold from
While timepeaks watches seem genuine, the information provided about the watches is very limited, and in poor English, and the pictures are often blurry or insufficient. Also customer service is not very helpful. When you bid on a watch you are not informed if the bidding has gone above the reserve, so you don't even know if the watch is actually going to be sold to the highest bidder. I have been the highest bidder twice only to be informed a few days after the auction finished that the seller decided not to sell. Very annoying and a waste of time. It's not how you want to be treated when you are prepared to spend thousands on a very expensive item.
The UI is horrible and the search and sort functions are inadequate. Extremely hard to narrow down your search to find what you are looking for. If you like scrolling through hundreds of watches to find what you are looking for, you'll love this app. If you like good search functionality to find exactly what you are looking for, forget it.

I had a good experience with this app, I got a beautiful Omega Seamaster with a fantastic price and received it in short time.
I received the watch not as described and it was damaged. Has bad experience dealing with the customer service. Very rude in their reply to customer.
This app is wonderful. I have been looking for two certain WATCHES for over 17 months and I saw this app and downloaded it but didn't open it until just a bit ago and I found both of those WATCHES on here. I will be on this app 2 or 3 times a day until I find them again before they get sold. I now have great hope that I will own both of them before I am on to the better world upstairs. That is FANTASTIC
Update- the new UI is terrible, I can't save and see my bookmarked items, also everytime I open the item and click back to the list, the app takes to to the top of the page so I need to scroll down. Very bad change of this new version. [Like the service and used it personally with great success but the refreshed app with the new layout of two items in one row made it even worse to navigate plus all my Bookmarks disappeared. PLEASE add sorting option by "Newly Listed"]
