I always have to restart my app to connect to pods, or there will be a connection error. Very disappointed that an app already on its 4th version has such a problem and it caused me to miss the Legendary Timeplay event. If the rewards become better than 2 Scene points per round for those not in the top 50, I would stay. But for now, I suggest keeping away from the app until either its bugs are fixed or rewards get better.

Time waster to keep people paying attention to screen while they play ad after ad after ad. Very little reward. Scene points only go to top 3 competitors (top 2&3 only gets 5 points each). So you miss one question even if ap is laggy and you're out of the running. They've recently increased the number of points required for movie entrance. The whole Scene scheme is losing appeal.

I use to love this app. I had so much fun playing the trivia games before my movie started and loved getting some extra SCENE points along with it. You never got a lot of extra SCENE points as prizes, but 100 points for the first few placed winner was still pretty good. Ever since they lowered the points they gave out for winning, it stopped being worth it. Now the most anyone gets is 25 SCENE points, even for first place. That and coupons for concession items hardly anyone actually wants.

During the setup it asks to what you would like your display name to be. I enter it and it says that it needs to be verified. Then I was in an eternal loop of continuing to ask for the display name I wanted and replying with it needs to be verified. So, I quit the app and reopened. It has then chosen some garbage name for me which I cannot change. If it cannot function on such a basic level, I shan't even bother playing.

Reset password and after entering a new one there is a loading error page. The interface is clunky. Try to enter my new scene number, you can not navigate back and forth to look it up and enter 3/4 digits at a time; the app will just put the old number back. And since scene doesn't seem to have anywhere to copy your scene number, you have to write it down to then enter it here. Ridiculous waste of time. This must have been coded by the same people who made the cineplex app.

went to a movie last weekend for the first time in 2 years. opened my time play app excited to play like we used to only to find this "time play live" thing that would only load as far as the home screen that says "coming back soon". well it sounds like it's not at all as of the end of June but we can't even play now! what's the point? will we ever be able to play in the theaters again?? 👎🏿

I'm stuck with some stupid random default name while my name is pending review, 'cause it wasn't on the list! What was the point in giving an option to submit name if it never gets approved?! And there's no way to go back to the list of names and pick the closest match from there. Terrible app and terrible experience :(

Slow and buggy, makes you lose points because it displays some stupid login screen rather than the questions. Freezes and won't display questions. I have a brand new phone and fast internet, so it's not me. I'd consider having a premium membership if the app was faster, but tonight I can't even load MyStuff to claim things tonight!

It was fun to play anonymously, but disappointing to HAVE to play that way. For 3 days it has refused to let me login. It just just "Unable to log you in at this time. Please try again later". If I intentionally use the wrong password it does say incorrect password, so it is able to validate my password, it just refuses to let me login.

The app is a mess! You can't see/access your prizes or much els on the app besides being able to play timeplay and that's it. 25 points for first and 5 for second & third isnt much of an incentive to come early and play, you come early to get a seat.

The app is pretty cool, and I love the new timeplay live stuff... but the normal timeplay option isint there anymore. I installed the app on another device and it shows both the normal timeplay option, and the live one. But on my device its only the live one. This means I can't play in theaters when I go, not that the theaters set it up properly anyway... But still. I wish they added back the normal timeplay.

I can get on the time play wifi but the app just keeps loading the whole time. The game wont even start for me, this has been for the past 3 movies I've been too. I've tried updating the app, also deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing changes... can this please be fixed? If not, I'll just delete the app for good.

I have high-speed internet, a recently purchased LG smart TV and an LG G7 ThinQ phone, but after accessing the site and joining a pod it was so jittery and often blanked out, failing to receive most of my responses. I gave it about 10 minutes and nothing changed so I uninstalled the app and won't look back. Waste of time.

This App has been riddled with issues since its inception. I'm trying to install the App on my new phone and its asks me for a name that is on its menu and then proceeds to tell me that the name does not exist in its database when its clearly displayed as an option. App then dies. What the!!!!

Like many others, I cannot access my stuff folder even when connected to the Time Play network. I used to be able to access everything even on home wifi. Nothing works anymore. Help page has no helpful information pertaining to this.

It won't let me log in because the email isn't registered, but it won't let me register because the email is registered. Changed the password, still can't access it. Piece of garbage app, I'll just eat my popcorn while I watch no one else play.

Hello, as much I love the app I am having trouble connecting my loyalty SCENE card to timeplay and it says its error to the name on the card. Everytime I tried signing up it's saying the same thing, I even tried to uninstall did the same thing. I have won points on timeplay as well please resolve this asap.

Hi, I just played TimePlay Live and it was fun. However, the app didnt increase my score when I got answers right. Score and Rank stayed at 0 the entire time. How would I fix this? (Also, I couldnt submit this question in the Contact Support section in the app. Nothing happened when I tapped Submit)

I used this when I could go to movies. It was kinda fun. But, don't spam me notifications trying to get me to use your app more now that movie theaters are closed. That's how you get deleted and never redownload.

I looked forward to getting to the theatre early enough to play TimePlay. The new feature game, TimePlay Live, takes it to a whole other level. If you're a pop culture buff, and love trivia, this is the app for you.

Slow, lags, sometimes does not connect. Annoying interface; hate the new update/ format. The rewards are not much and a waste of time.

I've had issues with the app each time I've tried to play. It freezes before the first question or the site crashes. Still needs a lot of work

I couldn't log in. The app would always say "cannot connect to wifi" It's frustrating knowing that u always go see movies every week! Can u guys fix this issue pls.

Unable to login due to the app not supporting ability to paste stored passwords. Completely useless for anyone with a strong password or password manager. Doesn't pull credentials from existing scene app either.
