Love the aqua alert app so I decided to give this a try for my cardiovascular acceleration routine. Only thing I would like to see is an option to split the routine, i.e I do 30 sec of bench press then 30 sec of run in place, the 30 sec rest. I have to stop and reset timer for these. I would rate 5 stars if something like that would happen. Good app other wise.

I can custom make HIIT workouts with my own workout moves and durations. There are also pre-installed workouts in the app, which are great and very effect. There is also motivational cued sounds to push you through the workout, as well as sounds for when to break into rest period. It has everything, timed active HIIT and rest periods, as well as warm up and cool down periods.

The best interval app. I like how I can program it for my own work outs. The only thing that I wish it had was a place to make a note about an exercise while you are doing it, in case you didn't know what a particular excersice was.

As the title says, it does it's job, but the overall look and feel, the GUI, its unprofessional, try something more looking like Google Fit, it'd give it that authentic feel. Just my opinion though!
