Great app for what it does. Super convenient and great for working several projects. Like what others have said, my only gripe is the subscription model for the pro versiom. A bit too much as it's annual, would have preferred a one time $20 cost or so.
I have used the free version and now its time to purchase. I really loved this application, once i had figured out how to make it work for my personal work situation. It is really fantastic. I can get all the reports i need, by exporting to excel. This is really worth the buy.
I really like this app, and it suprises me that it's free. It's even better than the paid app I had before. But there are some things that annoy me. I copy tasks because my working times are the same every time. But when I want to change the day, the times reset too. The pauses disappear as well. Could you make it that the times do not change when the day of a task is changed, and the pause does not disappear as wel? Thanks a lot. Five stars if this is added :D
Excellent app with enough flexibility to work for most use cases. The only limitation for me is the inability to run multiple timers at once, but that can be easily worked around by just adding a task manually while an existing timer is running. You just need to remember to manually update its finish time when you're finished. The reporting and graphing is still not quite there - the pie charts are excellent but need to be set up so that they don't assume tags are mutually exclusive. Overall, brilliant.
It's a good app and it meets my need. Were it not for its subscription model I would definitely have bought it. There is no way that I can justify $50 annually in perpetuity for this app. Also the amount of promotional emails I received during the trial period was a bit excessive. Off to find a more affordable option that meets my needs and doesn't require monthly payments.
Solid app. Love the different time scale options and both graph types (bar chart over a time range, overall pie chart). It's also fairly easy to add work sessions that you forgot to start the timer for. CSV exporting is awesome, but what really brought me back to Timesheet was the dark theme. Much easier on the eyes, and integrated a beautiful new color scheme.
I really like this app, I think it's very good at what it does the only thing I'd like to see is being able to use multiple rates at the same time, so I dont have to create and overtime / Holiday rate that also has an hourly increase when I'm on call. then instead of creating 9 different very specific rates I can just combine from a list of 3
Took a little bit of time to dig through how it is all parsed together. However the functionality is great with a no frills UI that makes this app all about efficiency, albeit with some flaws of it's own (but in the same vein as the flaws you come to grow fond of in your first car) that could possibly be improved upon. The app itself is representative of it's very purpose to me, and for that I appreciate everything about it.
I really liked this app, but since upgrading my phone all my attempts at restoring multiple backups show nothing from the last 2 years. It's like they're all empty files. Very frustrating. Don't have a backup /restore system implemented if it's not reliable. Edit: Response to response: So what you're confirming is the backup feature is completely useless. I've logged in, nothing. I've restored from various backups, nothing. I'll find another more competent app.
Has potential but the interface is counter-intuitive and not user friendly, I find myself clicking around and around to find things. Also, everything is tied to time and pricing per hour, no flexibility, that I can see, to record work paid on a more adhoc basis/per project etc. Sent an email to help address but got no response, hence the weak review.
Good but...... it would be awesome to set up tasks inside a project without assigning time to it so you can have a profile/project set up for a future project. That way when the time comes, you can just clock into a specific task
I've used Timesheet for years, always a great app. The new Billed status is perfect: Just the feature I was hoping would be added. The only suggested change I would make, is to make the big red Sign-in button on the main screen (linking to the Plus/Pro monthly subscription service) optional. I don't need the Plus/Pro features, and it's already a paid app, not a free promotional app. But this doesn't take away from Timesheet being an excellent app!
Hopefully, I will never need to use any other timekeeping app. This one is great. Probably will buy a desktop subscription soon, to clear up some data mis-inputs, by the end of each month. One feature I would appreciate is a permament list of clients, the same way there is a list for projects, so that client name does not have to by typed in for a new project, but rather selected, the same way project are selected in new tasks. This would bring a 6 star rating :)
Have used this app for many year's and have never found issues. I wish developers incorporate one drive integration for backup as well. Have paid with coffees over the years☕
The best time tracker there is! Easy to use and a great way to organize yourself! Highly recommend!
This app isn't fair to users. When I started it, the app created an account for me, like most apps do. What it didn't tell is that it was a premium account, with a free week's trial free, then you will have to pay. You can choose between two plans, but you pay both. Not much, but you pay. And my account had the most expensive plan. Now there's nothing wrong with charging the user, but the point is that it wasn't written anywhere that you can't use the app for free. This is why I call it unfair
I really love love this app so much. 💞 It's helping me a lot to understand what I spend my time on dissected by tags, projects, value that those tasks bring, so on... Statistics great. Please please 🙏 add Repetitive /Schedule or Default settings for tasks/projects. It's a big hassle to each time you tracked something to add all the tags and details for it. Would make it perfect if could be set to automatically repeat/schedule tasks with default attributes assigned to each. Thanks!
Excellent app!! But not a 5 star yet. I wish on the "Expense Section" They had the option to add Multiple Photos 📷 scans off receipts That at the end off the month I could print them off. Where I can select the dates Such as 2019 - 2020 and print all the receipt off those dates This feature would help alot simplify my book keeping not only my hours, & projects but my book keeping too its very important all in 1 app. I really do hope I see this feature added on this app.
nic e product but really underhand marketing. After trialling he free version ( not time constraints) they suddenly lock you out saying your trail period is over and want paying. I am unable to export on time sheets so a total waste of time and effort. A free version should be a FREE version. Or at least be clear as I would have bought this but as you have made me loose everything.......very poor folks !!!
