Timesheet - Work Hours and Invoice

Super buggy since last update. Wouldn't recognize purchase history and therefore blocked n from creating new invoices in a timely manner for my client today. Very unprofessional. Uninstall/reinstall but now can't even log in due to an error ("Synchronization failed"). Additionally, since the newest update the feature that automatically enters data ( the hourly rate) has stopped working and resets to zero every time. Almost missed $200+ due to it- the auto feature worked fine before update.

Easy to use . Was able to set up in 5 min . No advertising popping up every min .The best phone app ever used for keeping up with time and mileage . Word to text capability for describing tasks done good job made it simple. Should get 6 stars

Edit Dec 2021 - ever since the most recent update, the app struggles to open on my phone. I have to restart it frequently. Might have to look for a new app if this isn't resolved quickly. ******** I really enjoy this app for my needs. I can keep all my clients easily separated, and create professional looking invoices.

Works well and easy to use. Only thing I'd like to do is for it to be able to remember regularly imputed shift times so I didn't have to manually do it each shift. Would be great to just be able to put in set shift times and pick them when I input data rather than set the time every time.

Sick and tired A finding good apps and then an update screws it up and it never works again figure out how to do your job without messing it up. Any other business if you date these big of mistakes you wouldn't have a job.

Does it have synchronization with Google account, or not? Or is it a paid feature? I can't understand this... Otherwise the app is fine

Loving this app -- especially being able to pause for meals, breaks, etc...

Very convenient app for billing hours. Works perfectly.

EDIT: Turning off the default value in settings does not make a difference except for the clock in/out times it logs. - It would be 5 stars if it would reset the clock and break clock with every new entry. It often changes to showing the total time for a previous day and adding the current time to that until you punch out, at which time it logs the correct time. The break clock also never resets unless you toggle the default value option in the settings, and even that doesn't always work.

I like most of it. No help menu. great invoices. I like the calendar portion. Doesn't seem to keep settings. When I use the back button on my phone, even after I close the app, settings change. Cannot keep a project deleted. Easy to use. Some improvement needed.

Would be great if you could on time purchase for $10 and leave it at that, instead it has a dumb subscription service. I would have easily paid $10-$20 one time just for the usefulness of the app. Functionality is great in my experience, other than the subscription only option to pay I have yet to have a complaint.

It's nice to colour code my clients and easily add hours and notes. The problem for me is I don't see a way to export the notes which is what I send my clients. I don't need to invoice through here as I use quickbooks and that sends them a receipt but you have to use the invoice here to export notes and that is in the next level subscription. It would also be nice to add more than one filter when exporting to csv.ie. client and date range

Too expensive, subscription required to get reports and larger subscription to get invoices. Reports don't allow me to categorise by task.

I love it! Its easy to use but I get lost sometimes with running reports. Maybe have a date range to choose from for clients? Would be easier with multiple jobs going at once and I wish there was a way to share the app to my partners so they can do estimates and not have to log in under me.

Love this app when I used it on my old phone (galaxy S9). Lost phone in lake and replaced with exactly the same phone and app won't open on this phone. Please help. This app works perfect for me when I can open it. Update App is now working perfectly! Great and quick customer service from the app developer. The only issue was with Google taking over a week to approve and forward the update. Highly recommend this application!

I have emailed support a few times with no response. So I am not using the reviews to hopefully receive some help. I am a paid subscriber with the Advance plan. My next payment of $49.99 is not until October 2021. With this subscription I'm supposed to have access to unlimited reports, invoices and etc. I am trying to generate a 2nd invoice for this month and I'm unable to. I'm being prompted to upgrade to something I've already paid for. Please advise. I have been happy with this app up til now but I wont be paying for anything that does not have basic tech support. I will adjust my star rating once this is resolved.

So far I like it. However it be nice if it had a GPS locator for punching in and out. To prove my employees are where they are suppose to be.. And the clock is a little tricky when trying not to do military time it calculates the total hours wrong if not in military form. Otherwise it's great. It would be way less time consuming if these issues where fixed.

Great app, great idea, but i have been looking for something that no timesheet aps habe given me uet, and so i always go back to pan and paper. It would be amazing if the app could clock in, then work day keeps rolling but at the same time be able to quickly add the tasks and description and each task beeing timed individually just to see my own efficiency and time wasted. Task time should not influence shift time as i get paid full 8 hrs so the task time is for one's own efficiency management!

Wonderful, Simple layout, I've downloaded multiple Timesheet apps and this one so far has been my favorite, I absolutely love the layout of the invoice its simple, everything is right there instead of having to scroll all over trying to find hrs and pay on the invoice!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🥰

Problem sorted. Customer service is very good. Thank you. The problem below was sorted but now since the update on 13th April 2020 I have not been able to open the app at all. Help please. 4.6.19 - Well the email, print problem was sorted but now the time, punch in doesn't work, adds minutes and also 288 mins break time? Now hopeless. Not reliable. I have emailed but not had a response, now I cannot even log into the app!

The app just stopped opening after this last update. I can't even figure out where the data was saved. Used it to record a time log for a consulting gig and now that data is lost. Never again.

Enjoying app so far with unpaid features, so yes Great app thus far.. , although I have emailed support, to find out more features and enquire about syncing data with calanders, for reminders tasks etc. and not getting any response. Therefore reluctant to go ahead with purchasing subscription at the moment

Very easy and fast to use. There is a little setup with clients and etc, but it is very smart is carrying this information forward as you use the app.
