This app has not been progressed for a few years so is starting to feel dated. Still in my view one of the best featured and simple time keeping apps in the store.
App works well but hasn't been updated in a while. I wish the sales tax didn't calculate on the labor as well.

I wish more features can be added to this app or help in troubleshooting the data exportation to pdf in which, it shows a mix of letters in the columns or if I select other columns and rows to be added to the excel the data disappear. So far, some how is helping me with my business. but unfortunately it has been more than a year and I am still waiting. ☺ Thank you
Paid version gets confused and frequently shows ads anyway. Daily report view doesn't separate tasks so you can't see total hours spent per day per task without going into the history, selecting each segment manually, and manually adding them up. I greatly regret paying for this and would like a refund.
This app does what I need and was the best I could find. It integrates with my contact list to attach clients but I wish it linked with other events such as phone calls, calendar, etc, so I could mark those to a project instead of having to separately enter a time here. Also it doesn't integrate as well with QuickBooks as I had hoped. I still have to create a report and then manipulate the data to get it in to QuickBooks. Even with all that, it is the best app I've found so far.
I tried 3 highly rated apps, and picked this one. I work from home on multiple projects for different clients. I like being able to pause a task and then resume, which works via a "break", plus occasionally can actually work on multiple projects due to system processing time, so needed to be able to have multiple timers going simultaneously. Like a phone call with one client while I'm running a process for another client. Only thing I hope for is a Pebble app that works just like the widget.
If you are buying for voice command. You will not be satisfied. These are the full instructions for setting it up. "Before you begin, configure the Voice Speech and Text-to-speech options in your phones Language & input settings." That's it. There is no explanation about how to configure to get this to work on the forum or Google Group. At least 2 other people left messages in the forum with no satisfaction. And discussed getting a refund. I was unsuccessful in getting it to work as described.
I would welcome the option to see in the graph area only the time spent with work, eg project time minus break time. Sometimes it's hard to find the task times depending on the current menu, edit option edits project or task and it is confusing for me sometimes. Otherwise generating reports is with ease, a daily task time grouping would however be beneficial. I recommend the app to anyone who works in multiple projects at the same time!
I use this time keeper for my restaurant job. It counts hours perfectly. Then converts them to a PDF where I can send it to the account. My only issue is how to get it to automatically count overtime wages at time and a half. four years later and this is my go to time keeper, it's gotten better over the years
Sometimes the things we love need all the encouragement we can give them... I have tested this app inside and out. I've found little glitches and bugs, but the five star rating is because the developer communicates better than any I've worked with and gets right on them, as well he is open to suggestions. AWESOME!
Fairly user friendly. Would like to see a breakdown of what tasks have been 'paid' and which are 'billable' without having to run a report or go into each individual task - on the main overview page of the project would be nice. (if this is already possible, I haven't figured out how yet!)
Ads. Stopping task is complicated. It's not immediately clear that hourly rates are optional - I spent some time trying to create "normal" work hour rate. Annoying confirm dialogs. But my friend likes it. Backup feature is great. Internationalization settings are straightforward and useful. Good luck.
I love this app. Now that it exports reports as xcel is even better. I use the speak to text feature all of the time. It has helped me recoup so much money in expense reimbursements. The backup and restore features are invaluable. Yesterday, I had to do a factory reboot on my phone and lost the app. I was devastated. THANK YOU llama lab for supplying me with the link to reinstall.
