It's okay could use more features, like letting me know if my request for time off was approved. Also normally when i open the app it automatically signs me in, but now it is making me login. I forgot my password, and when this happens with most apps there is a place to get the password reset or have the password sent to my email associated with my account.
Ive tried to set up this app. Everytime i enter username and password...i get "authentication error". Dont understand and no merhod provided to reset or change PW "if" that is the problem. Help!
I hate having to approve employees times through this app, it always freezes and I have to close and reopen it multiple times just to finish approvals. How can such a basic app struggling to run correctly on a newer device? I'm glad my company is looking for a better solution.
I have used this time clock app for several years now and haven't had any problems,as long as you have data,or wifi you shouldn't have any issues.
The app works as it should except for one easy to fix flaw, I found that if you have a holiday in a pay period and overtime also the app uses your over time hrs. to fill in the hrs. missed for the holiday because holiday hrs. fall in a different category not filling in the day off. So it shows hrs. worked that pay period as 72 with 8 hrs holiday but if you have ot it will use that time to add up to 80 screwing you out of your time and a half pay rate. Fix it
The app itself works fine, once it loads. But loading usually takes a cpl years from the time I click on it till it actually opens.
Has been messing up when I clock in and out. It made me 3 minutes late. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled. Logged in and out.
It would be nice if it included the lunch in and out options like the webclock but it gets the job done
ever since the upgrade,doesnt allow me to clock in or out,reinstalled twice,so basically worthless
I login and says I need to not use the same password and I don't have password with them my employer has been trying to get to work for me and won't I'm disappointed with the app
This app won't log me in but it will log me out. How do I know? I checked my company web portal and it shows that I logged out twice this morning.
Of course it's awesome because it's how I get paid from my company, very easy to use.
Slow to load but great for clocking in from home

Can't log in to see any of my pay stubs since August.
Not a fan! Haven't been able to log in yet, not even once. ZERO STARS!
Keeps saying authentication error
Needs major upgrade. Worst about this app is clock in/out feature. When manual entry is made outside of app, it always opts to opposite clock in/out option. If I'm clocked in why would I want to clock in again and vice versa. Fix it! If one is clocked in automatically be in the clocked out mode and the other way around. How doesn't it occur to the developer by now. It's common sense. What a poor design!
