This app is pure garbage. It never,ever works correctly. There is no search capability, no ability to switch jobs on the fly due to the timeout feature that is stupidly built into the app. Overall, I would rank this thing a negative 5 stars if it were an option.
I have a galaxy s21 from t mobile and it keeps saying my username or password is incorrect when I type it in another phone it works just fine. I'll raise the star review to 5 stars if you get this to work please and thank you.
Bare Bones, hardly any functionality at all. When you first launch the app it asks you if you'd like to use gps functionality. There is no way to ever change or see that option again. You can't set a default location to clock in so you have to use a tiny unresponsive drop down list every time. Sometimes the app crashes over and over and you have to reinstall to clock in. This honestly feels like a highschool project, someone's first app ever.
please tell me there is a web browser. i have to run this on an android emulator on my pc because its now mandatory for work. not everyone has or *wants* a smart phone.
Always have to go out of the app and open it back up for it to work smh very frustrating
This app is terrible. Half the time the system is down and sometimes it won't recognize punches. I would rather clock in by chiseling the date and time on a piece of slate twice a day using nothing but my teeth. However, the color scheme is very relaxing for when the awful programing drives me to the brink of mental collapse, so two stars.
This comes with so many issues. My employees can't login when they get logged out. I reset their password and then they get the error message of wrong username/password. Other issues, is they are unable to clock in and the only option it gives them is "End Break" even though they were able to clock in/out just fine the day before. Support is contacted and the only options they say is to "clear the cache" or "uninstall and reinstall the app", "tell me more information with screenshots". How about the developers look into the issue and find out why so many users are having these issues. We shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for it to work. How many other apps do we have on our phones that do NOT require that as a solution when it is down. People who use the app want to know that solutions are being looked into to fix the app and to make it better. There are so many 1 star reviews, and now I understand why.
I liked it but the location was off. It would say I was on the opposite side of town. Other than that I didn't mind it. My job was the reason for me getting and using this app
Doesn't work...I can use the website to log in but can't with the app. Just tells me incorrect username or password.

Cannot log in at all. Previously timed out when I opened the app, had my boss reset my password (because of course an employee can't do that without logging in first, that makes sense), and now I get "wrong username/password" every time. My username/password is correct, I can log in on the website, just not the app. Unfortunately the website doesn't work either, so it's only good to reset my password for myself over and over. Mediocre app when it works, useless when it doesn't.
The new updates are incredible. I can access my paystubs, W-2s, schedule, timecard, and other documents all on my phone. I can even submit a time off request. My employer allows us to use our phone to clock in and out so I even have that available. Everything in one app. Awesome. It is so much easier than the 3 different logins I used to have for everything. The only thing the mobile app can't do is allow me to update my direct deposit information and address. I have to log in on a web browser to do that. Really cool.
Have to open it and close it at least once before the buttons appear to clock in or out, I've also noticed that some of my punches, that I know, without a doubt I punched, aren't showing up.. had problems with previous twe app, but this one is far worse.
There's a small button on the lower right that if you press it, it approves your whole time card. Convenient right? Well, since there's no confirmation prompt when pressing it; accidental presses can make you unable to correct any days that were entered wrong or even log in hours on the final day of the pay period . TWO times this has happened already and it is incredibly frustrating.
It would be a fantastic app if it didn't constantly crash and give log in errors. I waste so much time manually inputting people's times because of this. Would be great to have a time clock correction request tied to the app so I can just hit approve.
Seems like everytime time I turn around I have to reset set my password or do something to make it work right again. I'm really starting to hate this app. Frequently happens when there's an update. If there was 0 stars, that's what I would give it at this point.
App keeps stopping. Occasionally yet frequently, app does not record out time so you have to check the timecard to see if it registers. If it doesn't register I have to record a new time in and type in the space a note about either the time or some other note so the bookkeeper is aware the app messed up.
decided to try it out because work asked me. couldn't log in just like the other reviews said. just use the browser version lol its a waste of space.
Whenever I try to log in and if my phone drops wifi or connects to a WiFi source simultaneously it will log me out and not let me back in, requires getting HR to 'change' my password back to the same one I used as before so I can once again use the app until it glitches again.
Constantly logs me out, almost every single time I want to clock in/out I've got to login again. Sometimes I've even been logged out while I'm using it. No remember me/biometrics for convent login. It will not tell you if you're currently in or out, and it won't stop you from hitting clock out even if you're already in. Time off Request doesn't even have a non-PTO option. Hopefully it's nice for the employers, because the employee app is terrible!

My employer requires me to use this app which is glitchy. Often have to restart for basic functions to work. Sometimes the clock in and clock out buttons do not respond or are not available.
I like the app, but there is a fatal flaw that is making us reconsider using this system. We are a construction company and need to do job costing. We enabled filtered clock prompts so employees do not see the entire list of jobs and will only see the jobs that relate to them. However, our employees enter their hours in the timesheet tab. They do not clock in/out. Apparently filtered clock prompts do not work when an employee edits their own timesheet which makes the filtered prompts useless.
Awesome app, very handy, easy to use and navigate, however would love to see a option to enable/disable dark mode added to the settings section of the app, this is very useful for using the app at night😉
Should make it so you don't need service. I Work in the woods. Takes for ever. Plus your missed clock in button doesn't work. Why not ask us when we shouldve started or Finnish. The fact you can't clock in without service is pointless. Not everyone works in the office with wifi!
Keep getting error messages, "looks like an error occurred. Please try again". Restarted phone, Uninstalled and re-installed, nothing works! What a piece of rubbish.
I reset my username and password. Tried logging in, but my info isn't recognized. Worst of it for me is that there doesn't seem to be an option for 'forgot'/reset info.
Bad experience right now poor location pick up my location is always enabled and I'm being told it's not picking up my precise location? Please fix this bug I think my job is in jeopardy also when I love what I do and just got 6 days a week I always wanted! Poor development
Terrible interface, doesn't work half the time so you'll have to restart the app until it does work. Makes me wish we just used old punch cards like we used, and they actually worked and didn't cause problems. This app is trash and the developer should be held accountable in the most extreme way possible.
