TIMEX Run x50+

Keeps dropping the bluetooth connection it's annoying. The smartwatch itself works good and it gets updates. The app is the watch's bluetooth link to the phone and if the app is more than two years unupdated it's obviously not gonna work.

App work I'm really good for a while and then it just stopped connecting to my watch so the app was made for older version of an Android phone it just stopped working no updates no nothing it's very disappointing I spent all the money for this watch and the device doesn't even work anymore highly upset would not recommend 🤬😠😠😠🤬🤬🤬

Doesn't stay connected. Says it's going to install firmware on the watch and never does. An absolute worthless app.

My watch won't connect now! I paid for a watch to notify me emails and other things but this one doesn't. Really disappointed 😞 😞! Called customer service and they fixed my problem. I hope that I do not run into any problems with this. Called tech service and though they were nice, thwy haven't fixed mu problem. I never want to separate my phone and watch because if I do, I have to redo everything (reset watch, uninstall and install app, set watch up again). I don't know if it ia the phone or watch but I don't have problems with my other Bluetooth items. So frustrating!

Notifications may or may not happen depending on whether a previous disconnection has occurred. The Bluetooth link is fickle and I usually find just before starting a run that I haven't been connected. Pull over and take 15 minutes to delete the app and forget the watch and start the process over. Through multiple updates, Timex proved that it does not know how to make a persistent Bluetooth link. We have updates on trends and menu items but they are all useless without a solid link.

Only connects briefly. Best case scenario is that I have to completely repair and reconfigure everything every several hours. Together it's a useless app and a waste of a watch.

This works pretty good when paired. In my case, it doesn't stay paired with my phone.

I like to thank the guys at Google play and the Timex tech guy. The tech guy emailed me instructions to help sync my watch with my phone. It's working now.

Based on the email I received from Timex today, don't hold your breath for this app ever working properly, or them integrating to the Timex Connected app like they should have done from the very beginning. "Due to a shift in priorities, our Android developer has still not had the opportunity to complete the Run X50 integration in to the new app. Scott McClure"

I hate the xx app bcoz its not working at all. say, Failed to initial setup, try again later. Unfortunately run x50+ has been stoped. I just lost my money to buy this watch... dam it

Fails to perform. Connected first time unfortunately it does not stay connected. I have had to reconnected and reconfigured numerous times in the few hours since unpacking and charging the watch only for the problems to continues. Can the problems be fixed or have I bought a completely rubbish product masquerading as a Timex Iron man sports watch?

Worked fine before I updated my watch, then it won't connect to the app.
