Timicon is a beautiful watchface that let's you access all relevant information.It features 7 color themes (one based on battery level) and lot's of options.
This app is not compatible with Android Wear devices (like Gear Live or LG G watch).It operates on devices that run Android like the Omate TrueSmart.
The app shows interactive icons for:
- Airplane mode /on/off
- WiFi on/off/connected
- Service state on/off/roaming
- One custom app
- Alarm clock
- GPS on/off
- Number of missed text messages
- Number of missed calls
- Bluetooth on/off/connected
- Battery level
- Ringer mode normal/silent/vibrate
All icons are clickable, either opening the corresponding app or toggling the setting immediately.

Not working on Android wear
Since all the smart watches I have looked into have been androidware wouldn't it be wise to make this app compatible with such devices? That said it works well on the Z3 compact!
