I used to use it all the time to load my card. Barcode scan in drive thru was convenient. Error message EVERY time now that it can't connect to server so i had to go back to using my physical swipe card. Useless app now just using up phone memory. Will uninstall soon.

When the app works it's great. Few problems scanning and using. But trying to do manual reloads is painful. It doesn't give me the option for my cvv code until after several attempts to input password both for the app and for verified by visa. Then the field shows up and it takes several more password input attempts before it works. Frustrating to no end. It shouldn't be this difficult to add money to my card. Please do something about this.

This app is just too unreliable. You roll the dice each time a new update comes out. Right now, it crashes every time, for almost everyone it seems. By now, Tims should have sorted out these kinds of issues by now. Obviously this is just a really low-quality app - very amateurish. Not recommended. Use the Stocard app, instead, if you still have money on your Tim's account.

the quality of the app over the last 1w months has suffered. it's way too buggy. data access exceptions and failures to auto reload cards. not using the app any more. also you are limited to the number of cc card changes. hello people cc expire and you need to change them. long time timmies app customer lost.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. The first time I tried to use this app to reload my cards (Friday night), it locked my account. When I called customer service (on Saturday morning), the first woman I spoke to took my information and then hung up on me. When I called back, the man I spoke to said to call back again on Monday.

I got a whole bunch of Tim's cards for Christmas and wanted to load all of the money on to a single card. I made an account, which honestly seemed to be asking for a lot more info than it should have, but when i tried to log in it kept saying that the login info was invalid. Tried resetting my password TWICE, but it still wouldn't even let me login. A waste of 30 minutes of my life.

I'll never step foot in one of your restaurant again. There's thousands of people that are losing their houses to flooding. Tims never offer once to give them coffee or donuts. That shows only how MUCH you care more about your money. DO YOU HOW MUCH OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS YOU WILL BE LOSING. THAT MAKES ME SICK

The app seems to work OK as far as scan to pay, however the support is pathetic. Twice I have tried to contact support and it takes weeks before they finally get back to you and then don't do anything to resolve the issue. The latest issue was to do with auto-reloading. I had it configured to auto-reload off my CC which used to work then just stopped. I contacted support and nothing back. I used my balance up this morning and am now deleting the app. I guess they don't want my money. Their loss.

This app is great, when it actually works. I've had nothing but issues since installing. It either "unfortunately stops" or claims pass code/password is "invalid." Trying to get a hold of customer service over it is a whole other issue. It's a great concept, just wish it would actually work at least 70% of the time.

Registered but then tried to buy myself an ecard, however you could only buy one as a gift. So I started to buy one and send it to myself but decided the hassle wasn't worth the free coffee. (They already had all my information, so they should have just asked for my credit card info. Or they could have asked if I wanted to buy a card as part of the registration. Making us enter everything twice is user hostile.) I'll just use Android pay instead.

Your app is garbage. It crashes when I try to register an account. And nothing else works without the account. Also on the website it says i can register using facebook or google but there's no option to do that. The only thing this "app" is useful for is taking up space on my phone since i can't use it. Waste of bandwidth, waste of time, uninstall.

I installed the app and entered in my existing Tim card number. All worked well and scanned well when I purchased from my phone. Then it comes time for reloading and now its pretty mcuh useless. Entered in all information about my card correctly but keeps saying authentication error and that my information doesn't match. Useless

Don't waste your time to download this useless app.every time i add a new gift card and enter all the information I don't see the option of saving new card. Few times i have to pay cash even though i have money on the because the app crashed upon checking out. This is the way should be Timmy, your app is not working on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and note 5. If you have challenge with your coffee, make challenge in your app. Always crashes!!!!! Piece of garbage!

Constantly crashes. Can't scan the card. Simply switch to another app. Completely unstable right now. Used to work. 'Unfortunately the app has crashed' No updates for over 6 months. Edit: they're releasing a new app for ordering it looks like. This app has been scrapped

Tried to create an account three times. Each time I finish creating an account the app crashes and wiped all the info. Come on Tim's. With all the money at your disposal you can find someone to create you a stable app. This is the third time in 3 months in have tried to use this app. Same results each time.

I hadn't used the app in a while and the other day I decided to check my balance using the app. Everything worked perfect. My balance was there. It was kind of low so I reloaded my card with $25 right from the app. That went perfect. For a while. Update: Locked out of my account. I called customer service. They said they would fix the problem. Well that was a year ago. Now, I re-installed the app. STILL locked out. Tried to create a new account. Nope. Said the card was registered to another account (which a can't access). So a big waste of time and effort. Crap.
