Timo Kids Routine Timer : Morning to Evening

I have depression and experience time blindness and this really helps me get through the day! +mostly intuitive +cute fun timers are motivating +custom additions to routines +different routines per day of week -the ONLY real setback: doesn't allow routines to go past midnight: the routines reset and if you have one going then the timer goes negative -making different routines per weekday isnt intuitive for me -could use different color options, hairstyle etc but not function related so idc

some bugs were fixed in this update, which is great! (It used to randomly stop routines when the app ran in the background, even if just for a minute sometimes... as well as rarely displaying a step twice, which sometimes replaced the step that was supposed to follow). Now I already sent an email about this but I'll repeat myself here: please return to a free version, not a free trial. Not everyone can spend money on all these app subscriptions, but theres no real alternative to this app :(

This is worst than the previous one sure it did had some problems but in new version you can't even start the timer which means we all have to set timer on another device and we all give alot of time editing the routine with it and this what we get , why do we even need this app now if it can't even start a timer and have to start on another app why can't we just write it down in a book and set the timer on the device atleast it's gonna be fester and we can see both our routine and timer

Have the newest version of the app, and can't get it to open properly anymore. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, restarted phone. Nothing works, just get a black screen. Samsung S21

Sadly, the app is not free anymore and my tasks (when the app was still free) are now deleted. I can't afford a monthly subscription. Good bye.

I used to use this app daily for my own routines,, but in the new update you need to pay for a membership to open the app properly. hoping something is changed soon bc this used to be sooo helpful.

Loved the app until the update today. Really bothered by it, also it erased EVERYTHING I had saved and all my custom tasks. I didn't have that written down anywhere else. Deleting it even though I don't have a decent alternative. They made this app significantly worse *and* I would now have to pay to use it. Why does this consistently happen with everything good? Probably still a good routine app if you can tolerate the new appearance and the potential for all your stuff to get deleted.

My 2.5 yo loves this app, so I do too! He's motivated to complete his tasks so he can press the big yellow "I did it" button and hear the sound effects. This app has helped keep the routine consistent across caregivers. I love that it's simply an order of a routine rather than a schedule, so there's no way to fail by being a few minutes off, and it's general enough to work every day. The built-in timer is helpful for preventing meltdowns due to transitions. Excited to see future updates!

We've just started using this app & it works so well for our son. Great design, cute graphics, colourful, child friendly & motivational. I love that you can add your own tasks too. To make this app even better, it would be good if I could set routines for different days of the week, as his weekend differs significantly to his weekdays. Also, I've found the app glitches quite often. It skips tasks or repeats the same task twice or does not follow the set order. Please resolve for 5 stars!

Love the app but I feel like it is missing a lot of key features that would make this a great app. I feel like it needs to add the ability to create new custom timers that can use your own photos, timers longer than 60 mins, the option to skip part of a routine, and to be able to uncheck or restart a completed action (for over eager little fingers that have not really completed the task).

Just downloaded it, and I like it. But I have had to put in on 2 different devices under 2 different e-mails for my 2 kids. And I think it would be nice for the "free time" option, or "Play with toys" to have an option to fill all of the available time. The routine starts at a set time when they get up, and it has a set end time. So if they finish the earlier tasks quickly, they have more free time, or if they take too long they have less.

My daughter and I love this app. It's visually appealing and friendly. She loves the customizable character. It would be nice if it had an alarm that would ring to get the kids attention instead of them starting the timer. Also a go back feature would be nice. Deduct points for tasks not actually completed due to accidental press of button, or intentional. (I have a toddler who is curious that pressed buttons and messed up her big sister's tasks. We weren't able to start over.

I added this app for my 4 y/o just to see if we could have a good routine before she starts preschool and we LOVE IT! its been a week and she looks forward to each part of the day. She is competitive by nature so doing each task in the time given is a fun challenge for her. The best part is in a week of use, this app helped a frustrated mother teach a stubborn child how to pick up her toys EVERY TIME she plays which has been a 4 year battle! There are some features I'm still trying to learn tho.

Looks nice, and I like how you can add your own tasks. Doesn't look like you're able to add different daily routines even though it allows you to select days to run the routine. Also, whenever a change is made to the routine the time is reset to 7am, which is made more annoying because changing the time is fou d to be difficult as it doesn't pick up the scolling properly.

We really love this app! It has made our mornings and evenings go some much soother. My 6 year has already caught on and can pretty much keep up the routine on her own. I am giving it 4 stars because there is no audible alarm when a task is getting close to ending or has ended so sometimes she will go over the allotted time if she is not consistently watching the screen and the timer just keeps going. Add an audible warning alert and ending alarm and the app would be perfect!

They took away the free version with zero notice and now the app costs. Very poor customer experience and am not paying for this.

Thus is an amazing app! I don't know how they made it,but it helped me really improve.even though I'm already a pretty steady and organized person,this actually makes me feel good about me,my day,but the only 3 cons I really have to yell out is, 1. Sometimes after I finish a task,it plays it over again,thus gets in my way,so bare this in mind. 2. It takes long to load sometimes which wastes time. 3.you can't add another kid,and it will say already joined if you sign in a different device.

This app has saved my sanity as a toddler parent! Bedtime had been so tricky in our house with our headstrong 3 year old, to the point where I was dreading it every night. Now with Timo he gets so excited to do his bedtime tasks and click the button before the timer runs out! We've been using it for over a week now and haven't had any more crazy nights, I'm so happy to have our special reading and cuddle time back instead of toddler meltdown! Thank you for such a cute and helpful app!!

The reason after I am giving only three star is we have to pay for it when I start this routine it is free but now it has to pay money so I am very disappointed for this I know that you all have to take some membership but most people want it for free i know you all are busy but🙄🙄.

Cute app, is it possible to turn off the sound during the count downs but have warnings/alarm when getting close to end and at the end of a task (5 mins, 2 mins, 1 min). I don't want to have to keep looking at the app while I'm trying to have quality time with my kids. But I do want us to stay on schedule.

Great app. Lots of thought are put in and high production quality. Our family tried this last week and our son loved it. It makes our morning less stressful as he gets ready for school. A bug I found is that the tasked are reordered, once you play the routine, first task will repeat twice and second task will skip. Few suggestion: - Adding alerts 1 or 2 mins before time up (may be using upbeat songs) - Option to change musics - Quick 30 sec. break between tasks.
