So far everything has worked well and gone very smoothly. I filled out the information online, and then went to my appointment at the hangout. I got my free espresso and finished up the paperwork with a very nice employee. The entire appointment probably took no more than 15 minutes. Much easier process than any of the other banks I was looking at getting accounts through. Both the app and the website have worked well for me to this point. I have only begun to use it, but so far so good. Hoping all goes well, because as an expat living here, this seems to be exactly what I need. Will update with more information if any issues come to light.
I love all smart features that the app provided. Hoever, App has a lot of bugs. My piggy bank always have negative value, sometimes i clicked a goal save and it go to other goal save.
It would be better if Timo could improve the services to the best. I was annoyed as so many times when I need to move money and the app is like 'we are experiencing technical problems', oh please, I hate that so much. Please, make it stop
The system is really unstable (when you need it). With my own awful experience : - Can't make transaction - Can't login to bank account (neither application nor website my.timo) - Can't withdraw - Can't reach Timo's hotline - Sent email but no reply - Staffs are not helpful & professional, also lacking of proper attitude - Customer service is so much poor -> For all of above, I did stop using timo's serivce. Just leaving comment to warn other people
As of yesterday. Timo secretly charge their card owner 22k VND for maintaining the account. This would not be an issue not for the fact that they charge you for a fee without any advance notice. I am a loyal customer of this service for over 3 years and have recommended this service for many friends of mine, but regarding this incident, the service has lost all my trust. I am going to cancel all of my account and let other know about this kind of practice. I am really sad to see this service doing such a horrible move, one notice would be enough but there was none Edit: This incident has been resolved. Its Sun 07Jun20 and i havent been able transfer money since this morning. It keeps telling me theres some problem and its obviously not from me. Please get your app and system straight. And this is not one -off event. It's increasing recurring!!
Very bad service, bad infrastructure, small cramped "hang out" with crude manager who is rude to other guest. No information just straight to registration, online registration but you have to get to their physical store to confirm IF your registration is accepted. Look like a pressure sale boiler room, feel like Grab cash
Notice unusual debiting happened at my account. Deducted fees 22,000 Vnd without notification or explanation. Couldn't reach any support from email, hotline, Fb, etc.
Needed to move money urgently but couldnt due to system upgrade, and guess how long it took? 3 days. Called the customer care but they couldn't do anything. Useless bank
One of rarely good apps developed by VNese. Just a minor enhancement, should allow user to copy account number to clipboard, it will come in handy
Cannot signed in. I tried many ways to log in into my account, but did not work. I cannot transfered money to TimoPlus and this is extremely annoying.
with the latest update, i cant use the "space button" while typing in DESCRIPTION (the words just want to stay close together?) You guy should fix this for me. thanks
They make us transfer to the new app in the worst way possible. I have to redeem my saving from February and receive 0.7% interest instead of the 7% I'm entitled to. I've been putting the money for 6 months. And all is ruined by them! Worst service ever. Will never use it again!
The app is brilliant. Never had any errors etc. Good luck to Timo and the app development team.

Stupid verified via email. OTP only available 2 min but received email 2 hours later. I try to login in the morning but now is 4pm. I still not verifyed OTP. Stupid
Good app but one thing to improve in UI is to make all transitions quicker.
Why cant i install it on my phone! I have checked and Play store are working just fine, able to install other new app.

Goal save items cannot be accessed with last update. Very annoying

I can't access the app as it keeps log out automatically. It's every difficult to load anything by using the app despite good wifi strength. This bank is untrusthworthy. They charge you fee without prior notice. They give no respect to their customers. I can't bear with this kind of fraud. If you consiser to open an account at Timo, please think twice before you do so.
The most convenient banking app I have ever used. Being a loyal customer of Timo just because of this app.
If device's fingerprints is broken unexpectedly, then you will not be able to log in.Stupid apps.
the new update is terrible. the login is too time wasting.
Normally in good condition, sometimes crashes which 'cause some minor inconvenience.

The app itself works just fine. What's getting 1 star is the service of the bank itself and how they don't live up to their "promises". I can't count how many times i had to go to the hangout to collect the Mastercard i applied for in September and here comes January and it hasn't been collectable all this time though theu said it'll take 3weeks when I applied. Big time - time wasters. Their online customer service fails to respond at a 100% rate. It takes too much work to be that bad.
