A: timr is not a "standalone" app, and that's good! timr synchronizes your data with timr web application. Your data (and your employees!) are stored in ONE central location. No matter where you are, using the app or via web, you always have access to your current data. You don’t need to worry about any backup. You also do not run risk e.g. loosing your data on updating your App.

Q: Is the application free?

A: For freelancers or private use, we offer free accounts. In addition, there are premium accounts based on a monthly fee. Why paying a monthly fee? Because the system is hosted centrally and highly available to you, we offer business support, your data is automatically backuped and because we also have to pay our bills ;)

Cant do project management without this! The only way to manage several small independent multimedia content projects at once, and keep tabs on where things are getting out of hand time wise. Also, THE fastest way to keep notes on progress, and to retrieve them. Been working with TIMR for over 7 years.... I cant do my job - or monthly and annual reports - without it. Its faster to check on TIMR to see if something was done, than dig into other documentation. The Android app pretty nifty too!

The app works well but could use some love from the ux/ui department. For most tasks beside starting and stopping the timer I mostly find myself using the web interface because it feels more pleasant.

I use this for work and it dose a pretty good job at keeping my hours straight except sometimes after a week's over at the end of the day not all my hours show up until 1 or 2 days later fix this and you can have five stars! With up date works much better update 4/4/19 wow you guys have really come a long ways in the last 4 years this last update really changed the game five stars guys

I needed something to record my time and mileage for work. After driving around all day, it didn't have any mileage recorded. I guess, like all software and app engineers these days, they assume we just all know how to use their products or call it "intuitive." Maybe some kind of instruction manual would have been nice.

Fantastic and efficient time tracker with app and excellent desktop application as well. I can manage multiple projects, customers, quickly capture time and mileage and produce quick and clean reports in PDF and Excel. Paired with the Web application this is a superb tool that I selected after much research and two years later it has not let our small consulting firm down. Cannot say enough good about this. Pros: slick, quick, flexible Cons: Must use the Web application for full functionality. This is not a con for me. The mobile app let's me capture time and get access to data. It does what it needs to do and let's me do the management and complex stuff in a super efficient Web application.

The new interface may look pretty but everyone has screwed up at least 2 entries this week. Please go back to a clean interface where you can type in dates and times. Get rid of the today/yesterday cap where you show today when the date is actually yesterday and just show dates. We have been using Timr for well over 5 years and one more week with it screwing up everyone's time and we will have to find a new program.
