Worked the first time. After that all I had is a blinking light and a garbage app that does nothing beyond failing to connect to the blinking dot. I am beyond disappointed that a device costing well over $100 with a likely ridiculous profit margin to produce has 2.2 Star app upon which it is COMPLETELY reliant if needed to be anything more than a blinking dot.
Tim Tam massager is great but the pulse massager does not work. Will not connect to phone then asks for a code which is not available. I have been in contact with a representative then she emailed that IT would be looking into it, has been over a month with no response. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy I do not recommend the Pulse Massager the blue tooth connectivity does not work and there doesn't seem to be a solution to this problem. I do recommend the Power Massager it is a great tool.
Timtam never delivered the main massager in a "holiday bundle" I bought. Timtam delivers the "free" portion of the bundle and then never delivers the main massager. Then when you try to get your money back, they ask you to send the other products unused... Ok. Their goal is to delay your refund long enough so you can't file a claim with your credit card company. Most credit cards have a 60 or 90 day cutoff for purchase protection. Do NOT trust this company.
Will not connect with 3 different phones that I have tried. Asked for a list of know phone the device is know to work with but they do not have any. Was told that over 10000 working devices in customer hand but only 1000 of the app seems to have been downloaded. Love their hand held massager, wish they would have told me it does not support a lot of the phones out there.
Useless. Only connected the first time when I received this in the bundle I paid half a grand for. What a waste of time dealing with this app. Save yourself the hassle and just purchased a tense from Amazon for ~40 bucks. It will be more reliable than this junk.
Works as expected. The first time I tried to connect it to my phone, it was asking for a pin. Made it work by directly activating bt from the app instead of phone settings. No pin needed.
it works, if that's what you want. no concept of user interface, running status, or creating a complete cycle, like warmup+deep tissue, etc.
If you're here you probably already bought the bundle. Not worth it, I see everyone had the same issue, metal tips and pulse came in a month later..I have a cheap tens unit '$15' and that puts to shame this one ..but it's wireless so what can you expect?
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. App and massager works flawlessly. Download the app, turn on bluetooth, turn on the Pulse Massager, connect and choose what type you want.
Dosent connect. Got it as part of a black friday package where it is basically free. Feels super cheap, so I'm not surprised they are giving them away
Cannot get it to connect. Works sometimes, then disconnects for no reason, will not reconnect.
App crashes before I'm able to use the pulse. Highly disappointed especially after the amount of money I spent on the product.
To the people that say it needs a PIN, stop trying to connect it through your Bluetooth settings and do it inside of the app instead.
Don't connect via your phone's Bluetooth, go through the app. Works great!
My Tim-Tam Pro Bundle is one of the greatest gifts I've ever gotten. The Pulse is saving my hands and body fiercely. Thank you much and excellent job!!!
The pulse massager is garbage. It won't connect to any phone I have. I gave a review on TimTamband they edit my 1 star to a 5 star ???
Worked fine the first time I used it. Ever since it won't connect to my phone anymore.
Last update seems to have broken it. I can no longer connect to the pulse.
Unable to connect to app (Android). A great idea gone to waste.
Worked first time only! Glad it was free. Doesn't work!!
Works exactly as described, out of the box. I love it.
It's ok. The stimulus is pretty weak at it's highest setting. Close to maybe a 4 on a normal tens unit. Also absolutely no manual control over the stimulation and the programmed settings are actually kind of annoying. It has you select the area where you will use the tens unit on your body from a rotating image.... but I don't understand the point. The programs are all the same so there's currently no value in that step. If you haven't bought the product yet and are reading this, just wait.
