True rating: Zero stars. First time dl, first time sign up. And after verifying and signing in, keeps going back the log in page. Such a waste of my time.

I received a notification to reinstall the app which I did but after reinstalling, I could no longer log in. It kept saying "invalid username/password". I did "forgot password" just to make sure my password is updated but just thesame, I could not log in. And there no one to asked for help since even the agent could not solve the issue. I tried to make another account but it says such account already exist.

after dl and sign up. was not able to open bcoz it keeps on asking to log in and otp. tried it many many many times.

Yes I do have a problem with the apps. Tindahan apps automatically log out and I don't even know my username and password. my agent sign me into this apps kasi so hindi ko Alam Kung anong username at password ang nilagay nya. can anyone help me login in? Thanks

We tried to order here for so many times but they never deliver the products. So disappointing. Decided to finally uninstall this app.

Nde na ma open after they said to re install the app..i tried to contact them thru messenger but always start over...not good application 👎👎👎 better to uninstall nlng.

It's not serving its purpose. It could have been better if they are updating the available product always. You cannot order what you want because it is not updated. I am placing my order again through my agent. This could have been a great help and a more convenient way if you can regularly update the available products in your app. 2 stars for now.

The app works as long as you have the code from the distributor. It is easy to use and navigate, but the images does not load fast and it is hard to avail promos.

I checked the status of my order and says it delivered but I received nothing.

I'm also one of the thousands complainants who experienced this trouble. I ask one of the employee working under tindahan club app, they say this app was already disabled since January 2022(not sure), to boost employment for their store agents and to give them a chance to earn money. Unlike using the app, store agents doesn't have a job. Hope everyone will understand.

First time signing up after that I cannot even log in

Is this app stealing our data? We tried to sign up but we were being asked for our details multiple times. Everytime we enter the OTP we have to log in, and everytime we try to log in we have to request for another OTP, and on and on. Feels like a scam that needs to be reported.

The app does not reflect with actual availabilty of the product, like with Selecta Icecream, You make your puchase but it always comes short on delivery due to product availabilty. And it is no good for business. I would still prefer an agent to come to our store.

I already had my account but unfortunately I cannot access it. I don't know if username is the email address because it leads me naman to OTP. But after putting sa OTP that was sent to my no. I always go back to log in page. Why is this so?

I tried to order after I installed the app. No show, no delivery, no updates despite calling their customer service. Dont waste time, lot better similar app is available online, not this one.

It's convenient for me to order on online coz I can choose and see the item that I want to order....😊😊😊😊but please update to all item so I can view and select the best seller on the store .....

Hello! The Tindahan Club is not accessible again after I placed my orders last month. Help me to fix this, please. Badly needed!

The App doesn't even require us to input the Username, only the profile and password. How can we access the app without those credentials.

Not proceeding. I have signed up but when i try to log in, it asks for OTP to validate again, but never proceeds to log in.

I've been ordering this app b4, i just dont know why suddenly it was closed or i couldnt see items before, its more convenient to order than go to supermarket

After I reinstall my app , I'm stuck in validate no matter how I renew my OTP. This is my 5th reinstall the app.

I already sign up but as I log-in iy keeps on asking for OTP and nothing happen.. I can't access/log-in to the account.

can't even log in. it keeps on asking for otp . but once than i verified it keeps on saying please log in. and once that i did it's going to ask for otp again

shopping tru tindahan club is more easier.. as long as you have internet connection.

Unreliable.. Absurdly slow on a 100mbps internet connection.

Incomplete deliveries, but the payment is still the same kapag nag request ka about sa incomplete items hindi na inaasikaso, wala man lang refund 👎 👎👎 Very bad experience. Not gonna use this again. Imbis na kumita, nalugi pa.

the app requires invite code and shopcode, i dont know where get it.. the app not seems not even working... please help
