Tinfoil for Twitter

It's a great app, a good and lighter alternative to the main Twitter app. Bue I have had this constant problem that I can no longer download pictures from the apo, it just says that the image couldn't be saved. I think it should be fixed as soon as possible. Apart from that it works incredible.

I was debating on downloading the official app but I would still have to block or remove permissions and test the app. That takes time, not only is this faster than doing that the app is way smaller than the twitter app. Good job make one for youtube and I will download that one too.

I recently bought a new basic android phone to be used mainly for gaming, unfortunately it didn't have that much of internal mem. Then I found out about this, now I can still tweet without the need to worry about space! Even replaced main twitter app on my main phone because i hated how it ate too much space. I only have one twitter account anyways so, this does the trick☆☆☆☆☆

Wanted a small app with as little permissions as possible. This app does it with only one or two but it forces tweets from paid people / advertisers into your feed. Confused me the first few times and isn't right. I understand an ad but forcing someone's tweet on me seems different.

The performance of mobile twitter has had its share of ups & downs over time, but this app does exactly what it says it does. I've had a very positive experience, and that's likely due to the developer first, and having a great device with a fast connection online. And I think it's a shame that others don't understand the reasons they had any problems. I wants to thank the developer for making this app available for free, with no ads, and for caring about our collective privacy.

I'm on a 5.7in note 4 and the tweet box you type in is bugged. It cuts off the top half of the letters, and the second line only comes into full view when you get half way across it. I would suggest bringing the whole box down maybe 5% so the top bar doesnt intrude. Also theres an issue with force closing when you tap the app when its been open in the background. To beat it ive to open running apps and go in that way otherwise i just start it again once it closed. Plus i would make the tweet button larger.

Great alternative to the stock twitter app. My only issue is that saving images simply does not work. Other than that it is great.

Needs storage permission, so that I can post my dank memes. Aside from that, it works great

I've used Tinfoil for Facebook for a while and was delighted to find I now could replace my annoying official Twitter app also with this excellent lightweight alternative. Only problem is I use two Twitter accounts and the official app lets me switch between them. This app only asks for one account at install. Will multiple accounts be a future possibility?

Works great, but please add file access permissions so that we can long press to save media.

This app is almost perfect, it doesn't need many rights and doesn't consume much battery. But recently I can't play videos inside the app anymore.

This app does almost everything I want it to do. I chose it rather than the Twitter app because it requires a lot fewer permissions and respects my privacy. What would make it 5 stars would be the ability to share Tweets with other apps on my phone such as Telegram so I can send links to friends.

Wish there was a way to have like theme colors. This all white with blue is really old.

Hasn't been updated in a very long time. Update: Still not updated. Lowered the rating. Abondoned ware. Time to say goodbye.

Random button issues is all I see. Works fine with minor glitches.

I'm so frustrated! Half of my posts never actually get posted, they just disappear!

This is almost better than twitter. Only problem is when I try to upload photos it force closes. Fix that and I'm definitely uninstalling twitter for this.

Great concept, but tapping links from my newslists, and then returning to app crashes it everytime. Can't browse my newslists anymore with this app. A real bummer.

Article sharing doesn't work and overall lacks functionality. Just a browser extension.

It was perfectly what I wanted. Doesn't waste my phone's memory, but it doesn't allow you to share pictures. That's my only complaint.

That's it....and if u open a link, when u get back to the app u will be at the top of your timeline, so u will have ro scroll down all over again.

Otherwise great app, but images are grayed out, when I try to post them.

I like this app a lot. Only thing is I'd like to be able to switch between different accounts

The app layout is nice, but the app is slow. It's slow.

Only issue for me is the "download the Android app!" banner on every page - if there's a way to configure the WebView to hide this div, please do so!

It doesn't have as nice of a look as the official twitter app, but it doesn't run all the time, and I like that more.

Very good app. I like this app but needs some improvement just like tweet pic & tweet on any post.

Too slow ..can't open even in 4G or Wifi with more than 2mb/s

AWESOME! just what I was looking for... however, a dark theme would be nice, it's possible to overwrite css...but whatever...
