It works fantastically fine but there's need to look at the daily log in transactions, at a certain point the early transactions made fussed out which did not create room for review except you go online to check and I'll like the developer in the next update to look at, insert the total balance after each transaction. There's room for improvement. 4star is good for now
Worst App ever their service is so poor, their customer care service is very bad, right now have been doing withdraw since the machine is showing approved and customer are been debited my money is not reflecting in my account, I think the developer still have a long way to go on this app
Improvement on wallet funding now observed. I love it. Allow a more interractive customers care relationship channels, phone call ONLY and late response to emails aren't good enough . Thanks for having listening ears towards necessary adjustments. Good!
Am unable to login through app, i have two account, one for persobal use and the other as an agent. The personal one login on app but my agent account doesnt login on app... Its frustrating me.
I am unable to log on to my wallet app, it saying unknown error occurred and when I want to log on with another phone, it says IMEI not found. I have also uninstall and reinstall back and it still the same. There is cash in my wallet.
Please include bluetooth share in your next update. I want to share evidence of payment with a customer via bluetooth but i couldn't because bluetooth did not appear.
High time for app update, there should be an icon to check account statement... check automatic reversed transaction. You can do better than this please.
I don't have much problem with the app but I have a bigger case with Cellulant itself. A friend introduced me to Tingg/ cellulant & without fear of any contradiction, I regretted joining it cos it lacks timely & peaceful resolution of issues . I had more than four pending cases of a declined but debited transactions, my customers had gone to their banks & brought evidences of value (money) being with Cellulant . Since June & July nothing positive was done to resolving the issues. Really painful
This company is wow. Tingg app is one of the unbeatable app I have ever seen. They really add value to my business with this simple and. Fast application. Thank you Cellulant
What they won't tell you is that you need #1000 for a start after which you ain't even sure if it'll work again. Their customer care service operators sounds like they responding from a prison. The app is a 0 to be very honest Be guided.
Still watching these guys. After their purported upgrade, they have been coming up with some changes that are not user and agent's friendly
Something is wrong with this app...cant load my wallet with my card. when i try to do it, it shows blank...i think the developers of this app should work on that
Your app is tied to one device, if you lose your phone you can even access your account from another phone to secure your money, I think it's not the best
Not being able to sign in from a new device, it keeps saying IMEI not linked to device, I should be able to switch phones.
I wanted to loggin on my new phone but its showing "IMEI not linked to any account" i have uninstalled and downloaded the app lots but to no avail.
I can't understand, since I downloaded the app and funded my wallet, i can't make any transactions like transferring to banks and paying bills. What is the problem?

It doesnt login .After putting my login details once I click log in .it pops up a message" Accept term" and hangs there.

Have downloaded your App since last year, one of your agent call me to give me POS, uptil now have not received my POS, i want to know what exactly the the issue.
I just downloaded the app and trying login it's showing me update app meanwhile on playstore there's nothing to update, please check and review.
After transfering fund via the app, it will show successful yet the fund will not leave ur wallet, sometimes the fund will be debited from ur wallet and the receipiant wont receive it...Work on ur app, the transfer option is very useless
Poor customer service. They are not answering phones calls I wonder how they can retain customers when they do not answer phone calls to resolve problems.

The app is currently on downtime which is not good, I cant even make deposit through my wallet I can't even login left alone checking other things. That's poor maintenance, currently transactions are not going all because of poor maintenance of the app, its uncalled for and thereby making me lose customers, its annoying
