Not a no nonsense app. Game notifications in the middle of the night are the dumbest thing ever. Too many useless options. Cluttered interface. Dislike. Used to be better.
The app and banking services are 6/5, The app is now offered in English and that's just so good after almost a year of russian o ly since I started using it. Many people are in between two countries like myself will really appreciate a second language option offered. I needed to use the help of my wife (Russian) or memorise how to do stuff, Now I dont. Best bank for foreigners!
Unbelievably convenient! Interactions with my other bank accounts, transactions, issuing new cards, setting their limits, cashbacks and bonuses, and many other things are very simple and intuitive with this application. Great job!
1. Pushes investments all the time despite me closing the ads. 2. No way to hide accounts from the front page. 3. No way to change the application password in the application itself 4. The application password is limited to 4 digits. It's a joke. 5. No English language.
The best banking apps with easy-to-use interfaces that make it easy to manage your account. With just a few taps, you are able to view your account balances, deposit checks, and contact customer support. And yes - they never mark problem "solved" if they really didn't solve it! Super!
Very well made app with a variety of amazing features (like cashback, investing options and even gift ideas)! Customer Support is probably the best I've ever had to work with as most problems get resolved within minutes and with the added bonus of in-app calls, I don't have to waste money calling the bank. All in all, 10/10!
It is really great comparing to others but still can be better. But i really want to know if there are any possibility to add english language to the app because it will be much easier for us as foreigner to interact with the app.

Two reasons made me disappointed: 1- I am waiting to refund my money from Tinkoff air tickets service for more than 45 days! They keep delaying the refund date. 2- there is no English interface!
Best Banking app I have ever use. Very easy USER INTERFACE and just now they introduced english language in the app. Its really fantastic for Foreign nationals living in russia. I discontinued using Sber Bank after getting Tinkoff. Really its so convenient.
Customer service is very slow. 2 months waiting for and answer to my request (I asked for return my money from a purchase made on tinkoff tour) and just they kick out the problem from agent to new agent resetting the waiting process. Expats, don't wastw your time and choose another bank.
Poor user interface, Can't see English option. If u intend to make ur platform universal, then included other languages
There is no special experience in using banking applications, but I can say that both my little experience and the experience of my friends says that this is the best application among domestic banks.
The app is working perfectly and stays stable under any circumstances. There was once a small trouble with the biometric authentication, however, the nativity of the user interface and the intuitive parameter section helped me to resolve it in a split second. The design is amazing, and the most relevant functions are the easiest to access. I would also like to remark the politeness and helpfulness of the support staff of both the bank and the app development team. Great job!
The cards have been issued so far without any charges and good amount of cash back given so far. Hope it continues in future also
They automatically enable unwanted services without your consent when you view stories. AND YOU CAN'T DISABLE IT.

I was expecting English in everybank even sber bank we requested 4 years finally tinkoff gave us English it is very easy in russian to but after update in English every indian students in russia will open tinkoff. This update made very easy to use.Thank you thinkoff for helping us.♥️
Lots of functions, everything is great except currency conversion rates
I'm an employee so I can't be objective, but I also use the application a lot so I decided to share my opinion. I like it visually - the design, fonts and stories, and also functionally - the speed of transferring money, currency value, helpful customer service - that's what I use the most. I can pay to utilities without extra charges which is also great. Recommend!
