This helps my tinnitus allot
I have had multiple sound tinitus for over 25 years. The first year was the worst until I got used to it, learning that not thinking about the sound and distracting myself works best, but lately it has increased in volume bothering me sometimes. Listening to the white sound on my cell for just a minute helped me to turn the growing volume of my tinnitus way down. As I am writing this my tinnitus is increasing again, but that's most likely because I am thinking of it. So far I am amazed by this app...
Downloaded the program being hopeful to get some relief. I listened to several of the different sounds for a few minutes and found it easier for the first time in years to to cope with the tinnitus. For me it was like coming out of a headache. I am definitely going to get some headphones/speakers and work with it more. tried the other program and feel the same some work with them I believe will help.... THANK YOU...
Great app, select the sound you tolerate best (pink noise for my Tinnitus) and set the volume so it just matches your tinnitus. The idea is to retrain your nerves to interpret the tinnitus as not irritating by associating it with relaxing sounds. It never goes away... :(
Was expecting an app that would let me play the same sound I hear (from tinitus) to cancel the sound out. But no, this is just a whale song album or sounds of the sea etc. So the idea is to play them all and see which one helps best? This is a waste of time, utter rubbish. Sorry but without being able to adjust pitch/tone to match the sound I hear there is little point.
Keeps turning off when using the phone. I've got it excluded from battery optimisation on Sony Xperia xz but use another app and it switches off. Annoying.
Great range of nature sounds but for me the apps greatest benefit has been the breathing app that comes with it. What a great way to change speed, take a refreshing break any time of the day and just do some guided breathing. Brilliant!
brilliant, its not just sounds, theirs a relax program, and breathing program and you can set how slow you want your breathing to be. This was remmended to me, by a dr, you cant get much higher recommendation than that. i know this is going to help me, thank you for making this app. it will change my life for the better
The app's sound "crashes" when another app plays a sound. Oticon, please fix this issue and release an update or advise us on how to remedy the problem.
I would give more stars but since the new Android update the rain sound has a short break in sound whilst looping, never used to do that, needs looking at
I love this app. There are breathing exercises and a relaxation feature. If if you do not have tinnitus you should try it out.
The birdsong on this App works so well, when I'm in a silent room or if my tinnitus spikes I put it on quietly in the background and it's just enough to help me forget the noise and get on with my day, very natural, brilliant 😊
I'd really like to try this app, unfortunately it tells me it has stopped as soon as I try to open it.
Wow this free app really helps. Not a cure all app but a tool to have and use. I like it others can make their own mind up 😊
Won't work. I can't figure out how it's supposed to connect with my orticon hearing aid.
Needs own separate volume adjustment apart from system volume and Balance button.
My audiologist recommended this app. It's great!
Download but won't open
The best app on the market for those that suffer from tinnitus
I have EXTREME tinitus in both ears now for 17 years. This can TEMPORARY help me for a few minutes
Keep crashing and choppy sounds
Like the app just won't clear when done. Have to shut phone down. Little tuning? Never had this until recently.
Best
Does not help mine at all. My high pitched frequency over powers. Hurry up Dec 18th.
I was recommended this app from an audiologist and I love it :)
This app no longer plays while my phone is locked. It will play for a few minutes and then stop.
