Maybe it's not the game for me, but often times, the battle seems unfair or too fastpaced. It's hard to use on mobile, not only that but for I had a bug. There's a bug where I can't move the around the map even when I try to scroll. When this happens I can't summon units either. The game continues but I can't control or do anything, and this happens quite often. It's a very promising game though.

Probably a great game on other platforms, but not on mobile. Text is really hard to read. It is difficult to click on a specific unit to move or upgrade. When you finally can move them, they will ignore you and move on their own--ranged units will charge new enemies even though they would be better positioned by not moving from where I put them. Some enemies (loonatics) cause the game to lag so bad it is unplayable, even if only one or two of them is on the screen.

I really liked playing this, and I will definately be sharing it with my younger siblings, but the UI isn't the best. The drag and drop for spells/units is fine, but the units are so small, upgrading a specific one is near impossible when they're practically on top of each other in combat. It might help if there was a quick access menu somewhere, where you could see a summary of the units you have summoned, or maybe letting the player zoom in more? Both adoable and beautiful graphics though.

Important things first: This is a finite experience, the mechanics are easy to pick up, and the microtransactions either can be earned reasonably in-game or are completely cosmetic. I've enjoyed this game. It introduces new elements well, player input is limited enough that it's not hard to figure out what you did wrong, the unlockable classes are definitely more powerful than their base variants, and the challenges mix things up in a fun way. I've had a consistently great time with this game.

I really like it. One thing I would like to see change is a picture menu for each unit I have that I can click on to select. When they are all bunched up with enemies it's impossible to select the unit i want to upgrade or move. Being able to move lunalie, even a little bit would also be nice. Other than that I really love this game.

I really enjoyed this game well worth the $4.00. It's controle are a little unresponsive at times but that more phone than game. The only really issue I have is with the actual gameplay. I have just finished the story and will be going back to 4 star all stages , but it's a very lengthy process as theirs no fastforward button which makes some levels a real grind to replay. That's about the only issue I have with the game lovely experience and easily recommended.

This game is an experiment with taking the classic kingdom rush style tower defense game and turning it on its head into a kind of "tower offense". For the most part, the experiment works! Its fun and entertaining, although I do feel like the strategy element has a bit less depth than most tower defense games have. It's also fairly short. But overall I enjoyed it and am looking forward to a potential sequel!

Way, way too short for a premium game. Also, the UI is much too small on mobile, even on a decently sized screen, and there's no adjustment options. the mechanics are mostly good, and the game play is enjoyable. But it absolutely needs more content if they want to justify paying for it.

A good game. Definitely an interesting take on tower defense, and it has a decent challenge to it. Beautiful art. The gameplay could use some extra dimensionality. You don't get enough resources or upgrade choices to be able to make many decisions aside from grabbing the cheapest upgrade and helaing when your units get low. Getting extra units feels costly in mana, and slows the pace down so that you're railroaded towards a certain upgrade strategy, rather than exploring different comps/choices.

Cute, but it got old after a few hours. The screen gets so crowded I felt like it was impossible to tap the unit I wanted to move. Cooldowns are brutal to the point of it feeling like there's not much for you to do. Overall, it takes too much attention to be a successful idle game but has too little to do moment to moment to feel engaging. Glad I got it through Play Pass.

This game is pretty fun! Pleeeeeease make the tablet UI bigger though, I've lost so many scenarios missing the correct spot when desperately trying to swipe a spell or unit upgrade at a critical moment. And I'd love it if I could select my units from some kind of hotbar as well as directly from the map, when they get all clustered up I always select the wrong one and make my knight run away while my archer stands in the enemies and dies :'-(

Wonderful twist on tower defence! Characters are cute, abilities are well thought-out, and levels are challenging without being obnoxiously overwhelming. I wish it were easier to select specific units for movement and upgrade; when they're crowded together, it's very easy to select the wrong unit. Animations stutter when there are lots of moving objects, mostly when popping balloons and during boss fights. The stuttering makes some battles harder than they should be.

The UI is way too small on a phone, all the text is a strain to read. It's not just the UI issue though, large portions of the screen are unused during the game as they gave you a view of the greater map, which means all the characters are tiny and hard to click on. And the game is a slog, it takes much longer than would feel fun to move from battle to battle.

I want to give this 5 stars, but the controls are subpar(delayed and inaccurate) the font is difficult to read on my s9+ and the units(like the purple barbarian and cleric) are also hard to tell apart. It's a very fun game, but I feel like the developers ported this from steam without taking into account the smaller screens and reduced computing power of most Android devices. These problems could be fixed with font/icon size choices in the menu and Hot keys for the deployed units.

정재현. Feb 6, 2020

The only things preventing me from rating this a 5 is that it's incredibly annoying when I only get 2 stars because I got shot by a few bandits at the very end of the level right after reaching 3 stars, and the controls are way too small to be played effectively on phones. I would suggest some kind of buffer after reaching 3 stars that goes up to perhaps 3.2, so that getting hit a few times at the end of a level after doing everything else well doesn't prevent players from getting 3 stars.

Great game but with minor problems. I have noticed myself and others with problem loading the save file. I don't have that problem anymore but, the game is still too short. It is a new innovative gameplay and with cute little characters. I love the game but its lack of content only warrants a week of fun and that's it. The story is too short and the endless mode is simple and gets old quickly. I was hoping that there was a second map that continues the journey but unfortunately there is none.

Game is good and fun. Art from Kurechii is great as always. Phone lagged when number of enemies increase to large amount, at this point, losing control is happening. Pop up some time go distorted as well. Overall, game design and concept is fantastic, just need some polish.

After I complete the third level and back out because of X or Y and restart the app, it traps me in the save slot screen instead of loading the game again. I can delete the save slot, and start a new slot, but I can't continue my used one. I liked the app, but it wasnt worth my money for three levels.

Kev. M. Jul 4, 2019

The game is plenty of fun, and quite enjoyable over time. However, I cannot load a save file, or a cloud save, Plus an online requirement just to start the game when it has a local save doesn't make any sense and make it impossible to play while I'm traveling, or have some downtime at work.

Lui. Mar 19, 2020

Exceptional game The only downside is that that its a bit hard to really move units that are close part. Thats all. Great game. Oh and if you're worried about micro transactions. Well its pretty easy to get extra characters without purchasing them for real cash. Just do the challenges. Plz make a sequel.

Nic. Jul 3, 2019

I want to love this game, but it's busted. After creating a saved game it becomes impossible to to get past the save game screen. The game also fails to cloud save your data. if you uninstall, your data is gone. (Edit) It seems to break in this manner right after unlocking the ninja.

Cha. H. Feb 25, 2019

edit/reply I suppose I may have been a bit harsh with my review. Micro transactions are just taking over everything and I just wish anything that could be gotten with them would just be unlocked via normal progression. Not super hard mode. Not extra trials. No 3/3 stars or 44/44 collected items. ( not that you do all of these) I just miss the games of yesteryear. cute game ok not great

I see the heart in this game! It is decent, unfortunately I went in with the hopes of Battle Heart or Kingdom Rush and it feels worse than both. It takes a while to get going and even once you have 6 guardians it never quite feels like you are doing all that much. It is really hard to select specific guardians. Please, enlarge or reposition the abilities. Change ally appearance when they upgrade. Let us control guardian abilities maybe? Guardian portraits up top so we can select specific ones.
