Tiny Room Stories: Town Mystery

Overall an excellent escape-room-style game. Here and there some of the puzzles require a bit of guessing/randomly trying but overall they are logical. I personally would have preferred a plot without the "supernatural" part but I understand how it helps making the whole setting more plausible (e.g. empty buildings). I paid to support the developers and it would have been great to share the paid version with the others account of the family group, but it looks like this is not possible.

I don't buy many games but this one was worth my money. The game got me busy for several days and what was really helpful was to have access to the walkthrough for free once you buy the game. I won't lie I needed it a lot and felt pretty dumb for not getting some puzzles but I enjoyed the story. I loved the minimalist design a lot. However, I feel like the ending was rushed and was pretty disappointing because it was wrapped in seconds after a story that was so complex.

Really loving the atmosphere ! The story is intriguing, the puzzles are mostly very well designed and the graphics are really good ! Price is very decent as well for such a fleshed out game. Kinda wished you could personalised the main character a little bit though, I haven't felt super engaged by him and it shouldn't be too hard to implement...

A truly excellent game. Engaging and with unique puzzles. The story is an excuse to link puzzles together. I ended up finishing the entire game in about a day, I was so enthralled by it. As a note of feedback, I used the walkthrough for three main reasons: I either dismissed the puzzle as environment (warehouse sign), the clues were formatted in a confusing way (weights on scales, just needed perseverance), or because I didn't know to confirm my solution to the puzzle (final puzzle of the tomb).

Well, I'm having fun, but some of the puzzles are not intuitive. I won't list them to avoid spoilers, but some some solutions are so random, like there was no indication at all on what to do next.. It's almost as if they're forcing you to watch an ad? Also, some areas are so dark or some hit boxes are so tiny that I missed a few things that I had already "solved". Overall it's a fun and you are only interrupted with ads in between chapters.

I absolutely LOVE this game, I've been obsessed with it since I first downloaded it. There are barely any ads (5sec ad when u finish a chapter and the rest is optional) + the gameplay is super interesting. The maps are big and well thought-out. I love the rotation system so that you have to look at the map from different perspectives to get clues, etc. Besides that, the story itself is unique and you just HAVE to know what happened. I hope there'll be another similar game in the future :]

Probably one of the best games I have ever played. The puzzles are refreshing and almost none are stupidly difficult. It makes you think in a way that a lot of similar games lack. The story is also really interesting. I also feel like I should mention that the paid portion of the game is currently broken so you can go past completing chapter 1 for free right now. However if it does turn back on I think the experience would have definitely been worth spending like $3.99 or something.

I really like the interface. The story was intriguing and kept me curious about what would happen. Hint system is very good. Puzzles got more challenging. I expected to want the bonus chapter so bought it early to avoid ads. Unfortunately, some later puzzles have obscure logic if any, with one outright mistake. I found the last 2 chapters rushed and disappointing. The bonus chapter is a flashback but I never got a sense of character so didn't care about his past. Still, entertaining overall.

An outstanding game. Absorbing, clever, well paced. Puzzles are sometimes easy, sometimes pretty challenging, which keeps it interesting. Ads are totally unobtrusive...you can choose to watch one if you need a hint, otherwise you'll only see an ad after you solve a level, which will likely take half an hour or more if you try to avoid hints.

this game was really great! it helped me be more open minded and consider both logical and unlikely options. it's very immersive and a great game to keep your brain busy. I'll admit, some parts were a lil hard, especially with the larger maps, but the hints came in handy. I liked that they were unlimited, in case I got really stuck. it wasn't too hard to solve, but just enough to give me a challenge and keep me on my feet.

Surprisingly addicting!! I've barely been able to put this down since I picked it up. To this point I've only really ever been drawn in to escape room type games like The Room and things of that calibur. This is just as challenging at times but with perspective challenges that are surprisingly tricky to remember at times! I struggled with plenty of puzzles since I started and had no hesitation on purchasing the extra chapter and ad removal (which are only there for hints!). So much fun!!

First impressions are always important for games, and this game has done a good job to convince me to play more and pay for the no ads version. The UI/gameplay is slick and snappy. Though nowhere near as impressive as The Rooms series, nor is it a quick pick-and-play type like the classic Doors And Rooms series, it has it's own charm with it's rotational gameplay and story. Although I do find it amusing how "convoluted" the buildings are, like the people in that city is very... creative, haha.

Good Game... Unique gameplay, Minimalistic graphics but I like it, Interesting story (maybe it can be a good movie story idea xd), difficulty level : out of the box, there are quite a lot of chapters for free players... But there is one thing, there is a bug when I enter the game with internet on, then turn it off before opening the hint, the ads don't appear but I still get the hint. Maybe it could be a "cheat" but, I know being a game developer is hard. I hope you guys fix that soon...

I have never left a review before, but this game totally deserves it! Engaging story, smooth mechanics, interesting puzzles, I seriously didn't want it to end! Ads are rarely popping up (except if you want a hint), the entirety of the chapters are free, there are no negatives! I cannot get satisfied with any other free mystery/puzzle mobile game after this. Just download it!

Best mobile game I've ever played so far! I've never seen such an interesting plot line on a mobile game, it was honestly amazing, I was so invested in it Graphics were ON POINT, music too!! And of course, the levels and the puzzles were incredible, they were so creative! Sometimes some of them were kinda too hard or way too creative lol like forcing you to watch an add, or maybe i'm just dumb lmao but overall, its a very good game that i would recommend to any gamer

This game was so amazing! Was a bit challenging in some areas but the hints are very helpful and it's nice that they're unlimited. I had no problem with the adds and the game play was very smooth. Very interesting storyline and plot twist 👍 I really hope you guys create some more games like this because I really enjoyed this and was very sad when I finished.

Loved it until the last 2 missions. They became 2-D in nature and you no longer could turn around to see other sides of the room. It kinda seemed as if the developers got lazy and/or ran out of time to finish the app... Overall though it was an addictive and fun experience!

I keep coming back to this game. It certainly keeps you busy and you dont have to wait for your energy or point meters to load (just your human brain). I got stuck at some points and had to go to my friends or family to help figure it out! Love the simple graphics, puzzles are hard but entertaining-- some parts I HAD to look up, which made me feel so dumb (in a good way). Only four stars because I still have yet to complete it, but I seriously recommend if you're say passenger #5 on a road trip!

This is, no lie, one of the best free to play games I have ever experienced. I went in expecting a simple puzzle game, but the attention to detail, the humor, & the ambiance far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the hint system is top teir, you can effect how much of the answer is given, preserving the challenge if you get stuck. I actually bought the expansion because I was enjoying it so much, and I hardly ever spend money on mobile games. A must-play for anyone who likes puzzle games.

One of the best puzzle games I've ever played. The graphics and the story are unique and puzzles have a decent difficulty which means that some of them are actually easy and entertaining to solve. And unlike other games the hard puzzles are still fun and not frustrating at all. Definitely recommend it. Even if you are not a fan of puzzles it worths a shot.

I don't often write reviews, but this game is actually really cool. Great game play, beautiful art style, straightforward but fun and complex puzzles. Nice music and amount of forethought for each part. No incessant ads, and a reasonable price to buy the last chapter. I rarely pay for apps but I made the exception for this one because it's so good. My one complaint would be that some puzzles are simply too hard to figure out without hints.Other than that this is a truly great and addictive game!

The only thing that stops me from giving this game 5 stars (and idk if this is a bug but) I play this in bed at night and I don't want to disturb my partner so I keep the sound off, so when I solve puzzles there is never a box that pops up to tell me if I've done it correctly which leads me to looking around for a long time or using the hint system only to find out I've done it right like 10 minutes ago... Otherwise I love this game! It's really fun to solve the puzzles qwq

The puzzles are pretty great and they require you to really rack your brain at times. The story was somewhat okay-ish. I like that there are a lot of references to pop culture and other media in this game. If there's anything which was bad was about puzzles could get really complicated at times. And the additional chapter was a little bit of mess, i guess. I expected more levels in the additional chapter.

Just finished the game, and it was awesome! The story, the graphic, everything is awesome. My only complain is just that some of the levels are too hard like, the clue are not obvious enough. So, many times I need to use the hint to proceed with the level. But overall, as a puzzle game this is awesome. I need more game like this.

I dont usually comment on games, but this one is awesome It has kept my interest and hasn't stopped. It plays super smooth and I havent encountered any bugs. It does get challenging at times but I think thats what makes the game better instead of making it too intuitive causing it to be beaten quickly. All in all a great game in my opinion.
