I've used this app since 2019, it used to be so great. We have really enjoyed sharing photos with out of state family. But in the last several months this app has completely changed quality and is almost unusable. It is buggy, notifications are laggy, and most recently it has started crashing for no reason and I can't see my photos from before the last month. I have 3 years of captioned photos that I don't want to lose, but if I could pick a new app I absolutely would.

Been using this app for 6 yrs and now it's no longer free???!!!! I barely post but I do post a few times every few months. I guess I will be deleting since I've read complaints about the paid subscription isn't working. Funny how the free version had no issues at all. I don't plan on stick around.

We've used this app for over 2 years. I love the idea of it and I'm even willing to pay for it when it works well. However, now I've noticed it is using 33GB of storage on my phone! If that keeps increasing, I'm going to have to stop using it just because I won't have the space. Edit: the team was very response and my issue has been resolved. I had to clear the cache from my phone (not in the app, but in my phone storage settings).

This app used to be great. Loved uploading pics here for family members to view. Now when I upload pics the app continuously crashes and I can't scroll through past pics without it crashing. Basically unusable now. The company should probably focus more on improving their primary service instead of pushing out new services and causing so many issues.

Edit: After biting the bullet and paying the ridiculous subscription fee, I am now being served ads for photo books and such. Do you understand how paid apps work? Like I wasn't irritated enough by the insane price, useless info I can find for free elsewhere, and constant glitches, now you throw in ads. What a waste of $60AU. Do not recommend, go elsewhere.

I am so exasperated with tiny beans! Its a wonderful idea but it never just works, there is ALWAYS a handful of bugs inhibiting your experience. I didn't really mindwhen it was free but they recently started forcing a paid membership. bugs I'm currently experiencing: - people regularly get kicked off of my email distribution list - haven't been able upload videos in months - comments dont load - now can't upload anything! Getting promoted to sign up for paid account (which I've already done)

We have used and loved this app for 5 years now. However, recently my family and I have had trouble with the app. Particularly, I was forced to purchase a subscription to continue to upload photos. The day after I paid for the subscription, I still could not upload pictures. When I tried adding one, it prompted me to subscribe again. Even though I already paid, I clicked it and it said "error. You're already subscribed."

Lots of bugs in Android version. One bug in particular, which the devs know about, prevents you from seeing pictures from a few months ago and beyond. It has been over a month, and this is still an issue. You need better Android testing.

I downloaded this app to keep up to date with my brothers new family. It's a great initiative. However there are some features that are annoying. I have tried to stop the daily/weekly emails coming in, in settings. However everytime I've unselected 'email me', it re selects the email preference when I re enter the app. The 'home' feed doesn't scroll in chronological order. It's all mixed up. There is also no option to change the push notification sound from the default on my phone.

Was great when it was free, definitely not worth the subscription. Paid solely to avoid the hassle of changing platforms after 2 years using the app and teaching family how to use it. Under the paid version there has been nothing useful included, the articles etc are irrelevant (I'm Australian) and full of content I receive for free through Facebook. The editing function is flakey so I edit photos before uploading. Incredibly disappointing, will not continue the subscription.

Edit: still buggy but very responsive! Working on it together! I got this app while pregnant, my kiddo is now almost 10 months old. Originally, it was free, and the best way to share photos, pregnancy updates (and eventually baby updates) with our family. All our family are long distance. Now, the app is BUGGY! Every time I try to upload, it totally locks up my phone.

My 1 month free trial just finished today, but instead of my card being changed, I keep getting a message to upgrade my account. When I click to do it, it then tells me there's an error because I'm already subscribed. I can't upload anything because that cycle keeps repeating. My card hasn't been charged yet and I don't know how to proceed.

Well, this app has always been solid. Qhen it got purchased and became a charged app, my family decided to pay and hope for the best. Unfortunately, like many reviews have stated, the new owners keep trying to make it bigger and better rather than appreciating what it was. A simple program designed to keep our kids off the web. It is too easy to set up folders in Google to be spending money on an app that doesn't work consistently. Jon

Our family has been using the app since 2016 and we just love it! It is so nice to go back and see pictures from years ago. Also, the team is very responsive. I was having an issue uploading to one of my albums. I emailed the team and heard back several times. Very impressed that they read my email and responded. The latest update fixed my issue. Thank you so much for a terrific app!

Very disappointing over the past month I haven't been able too see photos of my grandaughters daily activities, even after my daughters emails to Tinybeans regarding this issue , my advice for my daughter is to sadly cancel her subscription & save her money as this app is not providing what its being paid to do . Previously over 4 years was a excellent app for seeing our family's children's development .

Functionality: Please make it easier to find and edit all family members, pets and kids rather than split them between contacts and other ones. Also please make it auto change password the first time you log in. People signing up are always asking how do I change my password after trying to go down the 15 click rabbit hole

It seems to be issue after issue. I got a new phone and my memories haven't loaded. I don't trust my memories being safe so decided to try export my photos and surprise surprise there's an issue exporting them. I paid family premium when it was available and wish I didn't. Please tell me how to export my memories from your app.

Have paid for the absurd subscription fee only because I have set up elderly family members who live interstate and would not expect them to learn a new app. Very disappointing as you said it would always be free! Even though I have paid I still cannot upload anything as it keeps asking me to subscribe. It's a very glitchy app which is not worth the expensive subscription. If I could I would uninstall and find a better app!

The app has twice downloaded up to 9 GB of data overnight using mobile data. My phone company charged me $75 the first time and $135 the second time for the overages. Customer service was terrible and they refuse to take any accountability yet I have done everything they asked to prevent this from happening. Plus they have been unable to show what has been "uploaded". I will never recommend Tinybeans again which is unfortunate because I have been a loyal customer for 3 years.

Awful new pricing scheme, but even worse rollout. Family has been long time supporters, even paying for a subscription when it was completely free. Latest pricing policy requires *anyone* that wishes to upload to pay for a subscription ($40/yr). So several hundreds of dollars a year if multiple folks want to upload? Really?

Paid subscription still includes TONS of adds and user interface while not BAD is absolutely nothing to write home about. If you are just starting, go with something else.

Been using Tinybeans for almost 5 years, using it to share our daughter growing up with our family, I've recommended it to so many friends that have become new parents and its been fantastic. Until they put it behind a pay wall, and an extortionate pay wall at that! Going from free to £39.99 a year with no warning is absolutely scandalous and makes me worry they will raise prices again with no notice. Unfortunately I will have to find another, more affordable platform.

The app is broken since the last few updates. It keeps trying to force be to pay when i want to upload a new photo. This app is advertised as having unlimited upload and i don't even upload that much. EDIT response: Then update your app description to clearly explain that you have to pay to do anything. Or make it a paid app out the door. Everything else you are doing is just deceptive and immoral.

I emailed about this and this app wont be free anymore, even for new users. So I have started to use a different app for the same purpose.

Was an awesome app - have used since 2017 when my son was born and now for my second born in January. I went to use the app last week to upload some photos for the grandys and it randomly started asking me to pay without notice. Disappointing. Won't be using anymore.
