worst experience ever. products are extremely overpriced. I wanted to place an urgent order and this website was showing delivery on time. i placed an order and made the payment as well..but didnt hear back about the order update. Inever received any email about my order. I tried contacting on WhatsApp and facebook Messenger but all they ll reply that they are checking on it but you will never receive an actual update.
I ordered a gift from this site but havent recieved any update via mail or anything, when u order something you should get an order update via mail.. but i dont think this app has any such provision. and moreover no msg is send if the order is delivered or not.. nor its showing in "my orders" of the app very pathetic experience. Till now i dont know if my order is delivered or not and also I am not able to see the order no. or updates in app as its showing internal server exception
DONT INSTALL THIS APP A lot of options are not even working... The search bar, their quick selection tools.. It also requires permission to use your camera, access your contacts and files... This app is obviously a scam and comments are obviously scripted.... The app developers are just answering those who part of that script to put the app to fame. -_- dont trust yoir money on this app. Dont
Wonderful and innovative products, timely delivery. Am ordering for the past 3 years they maintain the product quality very nicely. The customer support team was amazing. Helped me to gift at last minute but still they can able to maintain the quality.
I've placed an order but I can't find any way to contact the application. The number provided seems to be wrong. I hope to get my gift delivered on time.

No proper management of work.Sending the gifts for just completing the order nothing else.Giving the reason we dont have employees during the lockdown but taking the order.

worst app ever....no proffesionalism at all... no punctuality......i ordered on 19th-dec for delivery showed by 20th ....!!Its 24-dec today my order has not been received yet. it was my gf's birthday on 20th tiny surprises spoilt it all.....and i still dont have any update of my order neither i got any refund.....they say we have shipped your order ans you will receive it soon.....how soon 1month 2month 3 month for a cake.....seriously.....? also there is no instantaneous response by helpline.

I had ordered krishna sweets 500gm mysore pak and complementary gifts were a greeting card and two diyas. Mysore and the delivery was goods but the promise of card and the diyas was turned down. Had not expected this.
I would want to order a CAKE. I live in Tirupati and when i entered the pincode for availability, it showed shipping is available and can be delivered earliest by date which is three days later. I am afraid it wouldn't be fresh. My question is where and when do u prepare cakes? If the cakes are prepared in Tirupati itself, u wouldn't need more than 1 day (worst case) to deliver. I can imagine some gift items that aren't consumed to be shipped from different places and taking 3 or more days to deliver but cakes taking 3 or more days raises some serious doubts.
The items provided on their site are of wide variety. I recently placed an order. I was very happy to see the quality of products and the packaging. These guys are doing a great job. 👍

The worst surprising app, no updates available for the orders, moreover the incharge has no etiquette in treating the customer. Poor response and were really rude to customers. Have to push them to deliver the parcel through lots of calls and messages. Never cared about the dates. Couriered my order after 10 days of ordering and they updated false addresses.
