I love everything that this app has to offer but it is extremely slow and I always have to restart it very frustrating especially for a three-year-old! I paid for the entire year so it's very disappointing that it's not working correctly
I would like a refund on my subscription as this app does not deliver what it says last year and it’s my fault for not canceling this subscription last year. I know how to cancel, but can I get my money money for the new subscript please?.....
Trying to cancel trial but not working. If my acct is not charged after trial ends tomorrow, I'll gladly remove the 1 star. Trying to communicate with app creator, but unsuccessful (with the exception of 1 generic response that was not helpful).
I tried this app for 2 weeks and its not what it shows on.the adds, now I'm trying to stop the payment before it comes out the yearly fee and I can't find the way , so confusing
I was very excited to download this for my toddler...sadly it doesn't work for Kurio tablets. More children could benefit from this app if you would make it more accessible on other devices.
I tried using the app with my kids and they dont like it and its no tutorial on how to use and i didnt sign up for a monthly subscription im trying to cancel my subscription now i need a refund it has made my bank account negative and my kids like abc mouse better to play with
Can buy the program but can't install it. Says already installed on two devices i don't even have! Plus cant even disassociate those two unknown devices I don't have!! I can only buy it in iPad but my kid has kindle fire
can use fine on iphone connected with facebook and got premium. bought my son a tablet now. cant conect via facebook. says there is an error. if this cant be fixed i will cancel.
As a mother and an occupational therapist, I use this app for all kind of purposes. Kids love it and it's a good tool for learning and treatment.

I can't understand the app because there's no tutorial
I downloaded this app under the impression I would be able to cancel my membership. It quoted me a monthly rate. I could not find anywhere online or in the app to actually cancel the membership, but I figured what the neck it's only $5 a month. But to my surprise after the 30 day trial I was charged for a whole year. It is not worth money, it couldn't keep my children interested in it for more than a minute. I shouldn't have to scower all ends of the earth to simply cancel a subscription.
What a waste of money and time! The app makers were quick to take money but when we enquired about a cancellation, nothing was offered. The app worked for about 2 minutes and when it did work, only a few games would open so my kids weren't even able to play everything we paid for! Please fix asap! And please cancel my mmbership already.
App started out great. Then it turned super slow on every device, wifi, and place we tried it on. Most games wont load or they take a significantly long time to load.
