Works like a charm. Simple, long url changes to a fraction of the size, eliminating 3/4 of the address your sending or in some cases may need to type. Great idea, no issues or bugs on my device.

Works great for shrinking links, I like the landing page that provides a few options like a warning, qr code, and viewable stats. If you're looking for one of these, I suggest you check it out.

Lacks the most important thing a url shortener service should have in addition to the url compressor: analytics!! There's no means to tell if people interacted with the shortened URL, no logs of such offered anywhere in the app. This is a very vital feature.. I encourage the developer to consult other shorteners such as bit.ly.

Yep. Good for sending links that don't fizzle the recipient's brain with readout overload.

It said it cannot shorten my url, but when I went to tinyurl website, it can shorten it. Also, I prefer that I can make a custom alias for my url, which is available on the website version but not on this app. I'll uninstall it shortly because it doesn't have what I'm looking for. Thank you for the effort.

Excellent response to bug report, now working well. Some good sources perhaps on blacklist too long, maybe for reasons beyong their control. However do appreciate a quality rating system as one hates sharing dud links.

Before update : Allows you to shorten URL but not customize, like bit.ly After Update : They have now added customize your link feature..... In worst way possible. When you click on customized link it shows you something like this : "Shortened link The link you followed has been shortened with v.gd. Shortened links can go anywhere on the Internet so you shouldn't continue if you got the link from a suspicious source e.g. junk email." Seriously?!! You want user to read this? I have run out of

UNACCEPTABLE on First Try! It's ANTI-Intuitive. The IDIOTS who designed this App used wordy 'Permission' text & an Unnecessary (STUPID) 'Name This Group!' step that proved UNUSABLE, because the Morons imposed a default 'landscape' layout - when 99% of smartphones are held in 'Portrait' orientation. The resulting over-lapping of text PREVENTED Choice actions.

Clean and fast, does the job very well. It would be 5 stars except that it does not display the QR code for the short link.

Great URL shortener but I can't share URLs to it from other apps which makes it useless for me. This should be an easy fix.

This is really an useful app. It's basically the android client of is.gd service. Great thing about this app is it doesn't have annoying ads. ❤️

awesome tool but please make it so I don't have to scroll to shorten the url, the again to copy the new short url. note: I use 120% magnification.
