This banking app is awesome! With my schedule and my busy life it makes a whole lot easier to do banking. Transfers between banks are fast and easy, check up balances, remote deposits and keep track of everything right on the palm of your hand, .I love it! Great application!!
It'd be great if I could actually access my account. For the past week it has told me it needs to update, click the link, takes me to play store, app up to date, most current version installed. Awesome! And I can't access online because you keep making me change my password when I do and then tell me it's not right and lock me out!
Possibly The Worst Bank App. Seriously there is always a problem of some sort. Currently the app won't work at all because it says there is a necessary update that either doesn't exist or hasn't been released in a decent damn time. Whomever is developing this garbage needs to start from the ground up or friggin' quit because I am so done with always having to deal with the app (and this bank) being WAY behind the times. Try WAY harder people.
Makes Life Easier. Just a few seconds and I can check balance, transfer funds, see transactions or whatever else needs to be done. It's super easy, secure, and quick!
New app says it still needs an update to function yet is fully updated. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. No changes. Update: problem seems to have been fixed. App works well for its intended use.
Couldn't ask for more in a banking app. Transfers between banks, up to date balances on the fly... And it even works great with the Cash and Venmo apps!
My account balance does not load most of the time I log in, just a spinning circle. It's useless to have a banking app that can't give you basic banking information.
Try to log in and says it needs an update. Click uodate now and takes to google play. Does not update anything and you are back to square one. So much for accessing account and making transactions without physically going to bank.
I can't even access my account most of the time. They say it has an update to do, I do everything and it doesn't work! it's beyond frustrating, especially on holiday weekends when it's days before you can call.
Fix the app! Says there is an update but there is not any updates for it. Will fix rating once the app is fixed! Update: app is back up and running like it should be
Cant access my account keeps saying update i have tried several times uninstall and reinstalled several times still wont work getting very frustrated want to access my account so i don't have to go to the bank to check my balance please fix and ill leave 5 stars
This app has come a very long way from it's inception. I wish that more detail was provided per charge, and dating could be a little better
completely updated and now app won't work says it needs an update..bad timing as we are going out of town and now I can't access my account!!

App constantly errors updating. It'd be nice if I didn't have to always go to the website instead!

i like the redesign a lot but it takes forever to update account balances when you log in.
It's hard to update if makes you go back to the install place but then had no update for you to do. Can't access my account if I can't update it, can I?

It won't let me use it to check my account. Says I have to update. But it won't let me. Frustrating.
