TipSee is an all inclusive tip tracker app for anyone who gets tips daily, or enough times throughout the year that you would like to keep a record. The app is user friendly and easy to learn. All tips for the month are displayed on a calendar page so you can see a summary at a glance.

The free version is meant to allow users to sample the product without risk.
You can configure TipSee Free to remind you to enter your Tips. What good is a tracking program if you forget to enter your tips because of your busy schedule. Just go to the Setting page and select "Reminder To Enter Your Tips". After you turn it on, you can select the days of the week you want to be reminded. You can even tap on the "Reminder Time:" to choose the time of the day you want to be reminded. It is that simple.
Also, you can upload your favorite photo from time to time as a background image to customize the app to your liking.
With any of the tip tracker versions you can enter as many tips per day as necessary, and they will automatically be totaled for the day. All versions of TipSee automatically save your data locally every time you open the app and keeps multiple copies. Also, it saves manually, where you can email the saved excel file to yourself.
We highly recommend you email yourself a backup once a week in case your phone get lost, stolen or fails. Backup files can be used to easily import into other devices or new Android phone.

Excellent app when it works. However I paid for the pro features with an annual subscription in April and now, 8 months later, it's reverted to the free version and won't allow me to access the services I've paid for without endless pop-up video ads that I paid to eliminate!! I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times, rebooted my device, nothing updates it and restores the pro features I've paid for and no response from the company with email attempts to reach customer service. Very upsetting.
Wasnt able to retrieve my data. Download the updated version but it doesnt have the functions as the old app like adding different positions at different wages. Maybe i can if i pay to upgrade but i already paid for the subscription for the old one and wasnt able to use it so how will i be compensated?
It's cool. I just wish it was easier or more consistent to access the video that gives you access to ask the pro features.
App kept crashing and force stopped for about 2 weeks. Works now, but lost 4 years of tip reporting. 😢
I have used this app since 2017. When I transferred to a new phone, the app transferred, but the data didn't. When I logged in, it said I had no data. When I tried opening it on my old phone, it froze. I had to reinstall it and now I don't have any of my data since 2017. It's ALL gone!
Couldnt register. Older version was user friendly, and simple. Hate this one. Doesnt work.
Not a very good app. It doesn't allow you to separate all of your tips. It does CC and cash but it doesn't allow you to add the money you tip out. So is not a correct amount of what you take home.
Constant ads popping up nowadays. Change a month to view income, boom another add. Click on a day, boom another ad. What gives? Wasn't always like this. Edit: dev did respond but almost sounds antagonistic in a way. To clarify, I'm not referring to small ads in the bottom or corner of the screen. I have zero issue with those. I'm referring to pop up full screen video ads that kick me out of the month or day that I was on. It doesn't matter how many ads I watch, the cycle continues.
Im a NYC bartender, Been using Tipsee since 2018. Just recently updated my phone to the Samsung Note 10+ and when I tried to restore my data from the past 2 years it wasn't working. I contacted the support team and after a few attempts they were able to resolve the issue by updating the app.. Fast responses and very attentive to team. would definitely recommend others in the industry to use. Anyone leaving a negative review must be too lazy to contact support!! Thank you Tipsee!!!!
I've had this app for a long time. I'm in a hair Industry and it helps me tremendously with my budgeting. I went to log my day in and EVERYTHING WAS DELETED! No option to put tips in, it's just my work hours. Im very disappointed that they let loyal consumers down to get a "modern look". They updated layout in my opinion isn't all that great either.
I have used this app religiously for 4 years and LOVE it! Recently I switched my phones and was having issues with importing my local backup. After emailing customer support, they were able to upload my spreadsheet to the remote backup page so I could import it. I was so grateful that I didn't have to lose 4 years of data. The rep I dealt with (Nick) was incredibly helpful and so quick to respond. I couldn't be anymore satisfied!
I've had this app for probably 4 years and have never had any issues.. in fact I've gotten many coworkers to download it. I recently switched from an Apple to a Samsung and downloaded all of my data on to the new phone. Every time I open the app it crashes. Beyond disappointed and guess I will have to find a new one to use and lose all of my data.
Sorry had to go back and edit my review. I havent been able to open this apps for about 2 weeks now. I just get a message saying that the app has stopped whenever I try to open it up. Tried contacting support and never got a response for trouble shooting. I've even gone as far as reinstalling the app and I'm still having issues. Hope this gets fixed. I really like using this app before these issues started....
