Useful, has it's faults. Most annoying is that it says I have a unopened message but have been through and reopened everything for last 6 months. A suggestion would be to have the latest message AND unread messages diaplayed on the home page.
Not updating I currently have 11 unread news from my child's school yet i have opened it all and continues to show 11 unread news. Also my app isnt showing all options from my child's school, The absent option isn't there as well as others. ive tried unistall and installing it again and still does not seem to be updated. was a good app now it seems to be flopping
This is a very helpful app that my school uses. It is my constant reminder of special events and due notices ect. I am wildly forgetful at the best of times and it keeps me up to date.
great app, but all of a sudden I can't open files as it tells me I don't have a PDF viewer. I do, and have not had a problem until now. please fix this so I can open documents I need to view.
The calender is cut off half way on the screen, making it completely useless. The app doesn't allow landscape mode to over come this problem or able to scroll the calender across
Pretty reliable. Relatively easy to navigate. I don't there's a search function to find previous feeds, which would be handy
Good app when it works. Haven't been able to access in months. Crashes when trying to enter it. Uninstalled/Reinstalled multiple times to try get it to work with no success.
App works well and I can communicate directly to my child's teacher if need be. Also enjoy the updates on my child's class, activities and parent get togethers. All round great app.
Just installed and set up and am already getting helpful notifications from my school. So helpful. The school also has implemented the app in such a way that helpful PDF's are always accessible.
Using this app for years, it crashes frequently since last month. Tried more than 20 times this morning with no success. Uninstalled and installed again with no effect.
I get double notifications for things and then I can't view the items. Continually saying no internet connection even when it is on 4G and not wifi. Quite disappointed especially as it's meant to keep me informed about my daughter's school updates.
Having difficulty with this app, when I click on a notification opens the app and then pops up with 'can not download post' and I can't view the information until hours later (sometimes even the next fewdays).
Been using this app for years, no issues. Now for the last 2-3 months, cannot access. App just shuts duwn and closes every time I try open it.
since the update I can't open PDF files, according to this app I don't have a PDF viewer, I have 3 but still not working. also I found out I can't do certain things e.g.. absent forms, that you can do on an apple
Even though Notifications are turned ON, I receive none. And then I miss information that's supposedly important not to miss. What's the point of withholding notifications in a 'news' app?
Cannot open pdfs. Since installing the app last year I never had an issue. This week, it states no pdf viewer can be found even though I have adobe.
The app is telling me that I can't view anything as I have no PDF viewer (which I do) this has never been a problem before. Can this please be fixed as I cannot open any school notices.
Tells me I have no internet connection every time I am on, can't send message due to that alert and then it sends it three times. Not good timing with having to home school and then communication can't be done properly. Disappointed mother
Fantastic and easy to use. Great tool to keep me and my family updated with all things happening at our children's school and communicate between all their teachers and school admin and management staff thanks heaps!!
This app is ridiculously bad, notifications don't come through at all , I had to get my school admin to send a message to Flexibuzz as they didn't respond to my 5 emails , I wish I could give it Zero stars !
My daughter's school sent home a note that they're using this app & to search for the school. Issue, there's no search option to find the school to add it. I'd give Zero if possible, apparently before the recent update you could search for your required school.
Love receiving notifications. Frustrating you can't search for a topic or filter particular dates within your school. Have to scroll everything to find.
Search facility for notifications would be useful. Also the ability to save/sort notifications would be useful.
PDFs now won't open at all since update - please fix! can't read any communication from the services.
Below is my last year's review. This year is zero stars. Have not been able to open the app since August last year. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Have checked security settings. Useless! August 2019 Crashes frequently. Doesn't save the information to auto populate fields. Used to autofill the name of the event and for some reason they've removed this feature. And when it *did* work, last term, I couldn't open any PDFs even though I do have a PDF reader (Adobe).
