Interface is decent-looking but whenever I look at a shoe and then go back to look for something else, it goes back to the very beginning of the list. It shouldn't be like that. It should just stay at where the last shoe that I viewed was so that I wouldn't have to scroll back down all the time.
Not just the app is trash but also the web page. I checked out the items and received confirmation receipt via email. Moments later, I checked my order status and saw it was refunded. I was charged in seconds but the reversal would take weeks, even if the refund was not of my own volition.
NEW REVIEW: This app goes from bad to worse everytime there's a special sneaker release. The app crashes and is not functional for a few days. Just a terrible application which Titan refuses to fix. ________________________________ OLD REVIEW: After reviewing an item and you wanted to go back to the scroll page, the app will always bring you back to the top. This is annoying if you are searching for items at the bottom of the page. Time consuming and not a good user experience.
Awful interface. Takes so long to load product previews and when you click on one to view it, you go back to the top of the page after.
Titan 22 app is buggy... I receive notifications from you guys after the sneakers have been made available to order... Also I find it at times quite frustrating how long it takes to load the available products... Hoping a lot from you guys. Wouldn't mind to QA the app. 😂 Seriously though, more power.
After a 15 mins of queue, the app said it will redirect me then it freezes where Titan logo can only be seen. Relaunching the app doesn't do anything. Because of this problem, I missed my chance to cop a pair of hype shoes.
Stop recommending broken apps. All you can do with this app is look at the homepage. All other pages are broken. Not even updated. You keep posting deals on instagram and doesn't reflect it here, yet you still recommend this app. This is either stupidity or scam.
Worst app ever, won't even load anymore! Lol such a joke. Right after the update, it only shows white screen with their logo. Waited for 5mins but stuck with that white screen with logo. Auto-uninstall!!! Don't waste your time, you're welcome
I can't log into my account. I've tried changing the password for my account but just can't get it. Tried switching over to web browser and there seems to be no problem.
Always shows still has stock but when purchasing its already out. Always stuck in loading. During major releases, always down or being referred to website instead.
First, I can't go to other pages of the app so I reinstalled it. Then, I can't add any item to my cart, and I've been reinstalling the app but the same problem still appears please fix this.
Fix the app. It was okay surfing through it. But the pop-up "This event has ended" keeps popping up.
New update but still after viewing a shoe it still goes back to the top. You have to scroll down to where you left off. It would better if you fix this.
Unable to load the details. Failed to use queue it. Upgrade your servers or replace your support team so that you can serve your customers better.
should be 5 star, but when I tried to checkout something that is already on my cart, it says it's out of stock, shouldn't allow it to be added to cart if there's no stock.
trash app. when there's a new release, after waiting on the queue for 5-10 mins. it will only redirected you to the white screen with titan logo
Needs an improvement on opening an item then going back it goes all the way from the start disappointing.
Well, the coupon that they give me is legit but everytime I purchase it got cancelled or item out of stock. The item is still available lol
App is good the only problem is when you check the shoe then exit you need to press again your shoe size your brand etc.
Very unhelpful during time of established promo dates. Ordered from them but was eventually deemed as returned.
Worst app ever. Deserves no star at all, but the lowest rating is 1 star, so I guess that will do. Unless they fix the issue, my rating will sit.
Nice app but needs improvement specially during check-out of the item/s and the inventory listing.
I love how titan changes the sneaker game, more than any other retailer in the Philippines. The app may have it's bugs now, but im sure theyll fix it in due time!
This app automatically logs users out about an hour before a major sneaker drop & keeps returning an error message whenever you try to log back in. This ex-PBA player who owns this company is trying to keep these sneaker drops exclusive to his rich friends. Only time you can get past the queue line is when that new sneaker is sold out. So much discrimination for just a pair of sneakers. 🤦🏻♂️
This app is so buggy. Items are not crossed-out but cannot add to cart. What a useless app
Stupid app. You can't check out items in your cart. Captcha always fails.
Lots of bots placing the order vs. normal human being trying to place and order especially if it's a hot item like Jordan 1
App has a lot of bugs. It always crashes and you will never have the opportunity to cop hot sneaker releases. Queue time is taking too long and when you get in, product is already sold out. But most of the time, you will see the product and you can see available sizes but you cannot add them to cart and it keeps saying that the product is sold out.
