Was working just fine and it was so convenient, until I had to re-download app to phone. Now it won't log in at all and the whole app shuts down completely. I uninstalled and re-installed also. That didn't work. Doesn't state needs updating. Re-started phone and still nothing. I hope my child doesn't run out of money before it works again.

I never had an issues with this app until recently. Just upgraded my phone. I tried opening the app and it just kept closing. I uninstalled and reinstalled over and over. Finally after a few days I was able to get the app to open. Now I can't login. It says my email isn't valid, I hit forgot password and it sent me an email. The email address it sent to IS MY LOGIN. Im still unable to get logged in. Wth? Will change my rating once I'm able to get back in.

Buggy and inconsistent. Often fails to provide content, such as daily menu. Like others mention, can't scroll back to see transaction history. It's really painful to use, especially in the morning when I'm trying to tell two kids what's for breakfast and lunch and I can't actually do that. I liked the other school much app way better

Experiencing the same as others, try to sign up and the keyboard glitches disappears. Then the app opens an ad at the top, app starts flickering and flashing. I close and reopen, same thing. I Uninstaller and reinstall, same thing. I restart my phone, Samsung Galaxy S20, the ad no longer pops up, same thing. Titan version 2.0.4. I can type fine on the login page, but obviously can't sign in as the app will not allow me to sign up. My child needs to eat! Any help would be appreciated.

I would give it lower but I cant. I JUST downloaded it and I made an account, then when I tried to login, it kept saying it was incorrect (I tried to login a few times) Then I clicked forgot password and I clicked the link and it kept saying there was an error, and re directing me to the email. All I wanted to do was check my lunch meal but this is very annoying and a waste of time.

like previous users on here, in December 2018 the app would not fully load after logging on (frozen white screen). After several attempts, I had to uninstall and re install the app. It now functions normal. I am able to log on check my kid's balance and load the account with funds. NOW...5 MONTHS LATER IT IS DOING IT AGAIN. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it has not fixed the issue.

It is a great app, when i can get logged in. 8 out of 10 times when i try to log in i am met with an infinite loading screen. I leave the app and reset the app to try again but it almost never works. I believe it is the website or online server because even when i try to login via desktop i encounter the same problem.

It makes the kids happy. It's easy to use. I don't like the service fee or that $10 is the minimum. I wish I could send cash to school to put on the account but I don't think that's an option. So this app is my only option. Which kinda feels like we don't actually have any options.

Hate apps that you barely use but log you out every time then this one actually locks you out after too many attempts. I use it for lunch money not banking so why do I need to sign in every time? I had MySchoolBucks before & used same password but I'm sure this one requires you to pick one as if it's safeguarding your bank, your life, etc which is why I can't remember. I love the apps that require a password for money transactions but not just to check your transactions.

This app was working fine until this week. I was using my fingerprint for log in, then all of a sudden it was asking for my email and password. It keeps saying my email is invalid when it's not and I can sign in just fine with a desk top computer. Super annoying since I need to be able to sign in with my phone.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible company. Every time I go to log on the website it requires me to reset a new password. So now I load the app and it continually closes right as I open it. Myschoolbox worked perfectly for middle school. Come on people, how tough can it be?? Samsung 10 with very minimal apps loaded.

Scrolling in the transaction history is messed up. I can scroll down, but not up. Even if I change pages. Trying to scroll up refreshes the page, but the scroll is still stuck. You have to leave and re-enter, but the issue repeats.

Like a lot of people with very capable phones the app will not open. Essential PH-1 on Android 10 with latest security update. ***Update to initial review*** I tried installing the app today, February 11th, 2020 in response to the reply I received from the developer stating that they have released an updated version that should work with Android 10 with the latest monthly security update(s). Unfortunately the situation is exactly the same, app installs fine but fails to open.

App crashes upon trying to open it. I have force stopped the app, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+ on Android version 10 with your most updated app version. Hope this helps your developers identify the root cause of this bug.

When trying to look at the student purchase history, the list allows me to scroll down but can't scroll back up. I have to exit out to get back to the top of the list. It happens on both Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 6.

This app was an incredible convenience at one time. Easy to use and able to transfer money to each of my children's accounts. Now it is no longer opening. I've tried reinstalling without success. Please update app!

Completely faulty app. I am trying to register and it won't even open up keyboard for me to type. The keyboard disappears. I can't even register. Do you guys do user testing on tow main OS (iOS and Android) or not before releasing the product? Very bad experience. I have Samsung Galaxy S9 Android device

duplicates reoccurring payments randomly. processes from your bank up to a week after you "posted" a payment. will not actually log in 70% of the time in app. doesn't not always transmit to school in real time. much better off just using their website. app is more trouble than its worth.

The login doesnt work at all. Think I had it working one time before it stopped. Thought maybe its because I added my fingerprint authentication for password. Uninstalled and reinstalled...nope...login still doesnt work. It doesnt say anything is wrong with my username or password, it just stays on the login screen. My login works fine on the website.

App constantly crashes and takes multiple attempts to access. When trying to view your kids purchases, once you scroll through the list you can't scroll back up. Very poorly designed app and interface.

super difficult to view my childrens history. I can scroll one way only. going back to previous screen is also impossible. multiple attempts to sign on and sometimes I get a loading symbol, I'd give this app a zero if I could......please fix this app!!!!!!!!!

This is a terrible app. I'm guessing these "developers" don't know anything about a QA process, either. This company would be better off not having an app at all, rather than showing the world their incompetence. Even after responding, and fixing one error, these "developers" have created some more new errors. I guess this proves my original point that they truly have no concept of QA. I'll now push our school board to use something else. Thanks for nothing, Titan!

Can't even get the app to open anymore. It was great when it worked then all of a sudden it won't open. Very frustrating when the school wants money in the account .... Android user

Super easy & convenient to use to add lunch money for my child! Only get notifications when we are running low on funds, not constantly bombarded with spam, ads, etc.

like the app but hate that I have to sign in each time I open the app. UPDATE: April 2019....No longer works....infinite loading with intermittent .5 secs of showing my balance. Sadly, it was great when it worked.

Great for a few months.. but now in december 2018 it will not let me log in to check the balance. i have tried differnt times of day and about 12 times. It rwcognizes the log in but just continues to tey to open with no further results. i have even tried to email the address given but it get kicked back. Usually once a month I go in and put enough on the account to last my teen a month.. so whats the problem? update needed?

Very difficult to use. History of meals is hard to use. Can only scroll one way. Always reverts back to beginning listing all children. Have problems adding money to account. Never received email about low funds, luckily I checked account balance myself. Wish my school district never switched from the old vendor.

Every time I open this app it closes. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalled it several times, tried to reset my password and nothing, it just keeps crashing when I try to log in.

Works exactly like the website. Downfalls are it does not keep you signed in. Would be better If it could show the whole weeks menu instead of clicking on each day.

App closes and won't open. Worked OK a while back, then crash on open. Response from Titan is "Does it work on a computer?" Not sure what that means because the computer version is in a browser and not an Android app. BTW, my car starts, the sun came up in the east, the neighbor's dog barks all night, I fall down when I trip, and my ex-wife thinks I should give her money. Maybe we could try to diagnose a submarine instead of the app too. That'd be fun...? Still broken. Still.
