This App does not work. I had to download this app in the hope of having some entertainment on my 15hr flight. (Not to mention no in flight charging). Anyways, I download this app on roaming data (45 muns to download. I read all the reviews and it is not fixed as of writing. I'm in the air and I launch the app only to have it crash. I've tried the app 10 times just to be sure. I had no choice in airlines for the flight I was on,, this airline belongs with Spirit and Fronteer
Terrible app, you can't use or test it before the plane has taken off, and once in the air it refused to do more than show a splash screen. I saw it working on an iPad mini so either this hasn't been tested or requires a tablet
I've linked to the WiFi & opened the app. But all I get is a picture of a plane. I get no other options to do anything within the app. Nowhere to sign in & swiping does nothing.
Only works on older android OS not compatible with modern Android smartphones i.e Note 9 given it 3 star because tested this on a note 8.0 running Android KitKat and had no issue and works fine so they need to retrofit it for newer phones
Amazing app for flights. And it makes time fly (get what i did there). You can watch films and TV also listen to music. Deffinately recomend. If i could five more than five stars i woild.
Might work if you have a very old device but certainly doesn't with the latest versions of android. Moreover you won't know until you are in the air and it is too late to do anything about it
App opens and i can see the films but when i try to play them it just hangs and does nothing. OnePlus 5T. My wifes old iPhone 6 worked perfectly.
Does not work on Samsung galaxy s10 for me or my partner, or on our iPad - guessing from other reviews this is because it isn't up to date, pretty useless to be honest

Limited choice of things to watch but good complimantary service.
Received a "not supported" ereeor message on my android 9 phone.
Does not even install on my phone, probably considers android 6 too old.

This app is just like the airline, poor poor poor. Not working on S8, don't waste your time down loading if I could give a missus rating I would.
App does not download properly and when it does, it does not detect the on-board network.
Did not work on my s8+ just kept crashing as soon as opened
App worked well enough on board although connectivity not totally reliable. Music and movies provided but I didn't want that; news and NEWSPAPERS in particular was what I was looking for and there wasn't any - only a digest of "easy" BBC pieces. So entertainment OK, information zero.
