Titan - Investment Manager

Decided to try this app. My experience so far. There is a spot to ask questions, but my questions seem to be ignored. You start off loading 100 dollars into the app. After a few days they suggest and load your money into selected investments. So far after a few weeks, I been losing money every day, but discovered if you have under 100 dollars in the investment, you are unable to withdraw or more your money. From my point of few, if you lose even a couple dollars, your whole 100 is gone.

Well iv heard good things about the app. I however am unable to even make an account as it won't recognize my address as a valid address. I know it is correct as it has been the same for about 18 years and it's the same address I use to get packages in the mail. So until I am able to make an account my rating will be staying a 2 star. Hopefully I will be able to make an account soon.

App closes upon start. I tried reinstalling too. I would rate better if i could get it to work. Where can I get an older version or better, how about enabling the website to be added as an app? Update: Adding a star for the response by Titan. I've emailed the developer to work it out.

I love their market analysis and thoughtful responses to investor questions. As a novice investor I can appreciate that Titan has created an attractive platform that keeps me tuned in to the market and does not talk over my head. I like their performance and based on my experience I just recently set up reoccurring investment after sricking my toes in the water for a few months.

Can't add Varo. Goes as far as linking bank but errors out when app asks me to give it a name. Both auto and manual linking errors at the same place. Now you have all my info. Super!

I put in $100 8 months ago to test titan out. Since then I've continuously lost money every month, with absolutely no money gained at any point since my deposit. The account is currently sitting at $37.32 and trending even further downwards

Unable To Link Bank Account. When it comes to the point where it ask to name the bank I get about error message. Each time. Grr.

The app clearly shows which banks are supported by Titan. But hey guess what? I know for a fact that Chime bank is not supported due to tons of error messages after saying successfully linked. Don't show a bank in the options as supported..... if its NOT supported. At least display there is an issue somewhere visible. I had to go through the help desk button just to find out they are falsely advertising. Not a good look for someone who wants to look after your money.

I really like it, you can tell Titan was designed for mobile experience. Their website has less features than the mobile app. Main downfall is that I cannot edit my entire profile after the initial setup, but I was assured by Titan that the feature is coming later.

18mo and I'm down thousands and can't withdraw my money. Titan has been holding my entire portfolio hostage for tax withholding (they're supposed to hold 24%. Not 100%). Been waiting for over a month, provided support everything they needed, and then they CANCELLED my withdrawal. My account balances are different on their app, website, and financial clearing house. All of which are lower than they should be (deposits minus withdrawals minus losses minus taxes and fees). I'm missing thousands!

The App is overall is fine, it's just session/logs out uncertainly. I can't access my statements today, white and gray screen. Portfolio dropped -15%. They need to check their investment strategy since based on their scorecard Titan has scored significantly less than last year where S&P dropped hardly. Please fix the statement bug asap.

Why is the app not opening up? It was working fine all these months. Now it just endlessly keeps spinning.

Have not been able to log into the app for weeks now. The login button is non-interactive at all.

Ridiculous fees, botched marketing campaigns that pissed my friends off when I decided to vouch for the app, and it appears the removed their comparison display — probably because most index funds have outperformed them at every metric.

Titan notifications and news updates in the inbox are messed up in their sort order, for one thing. Another is the rather short session timeout where the app logs out.

I have been with Titan since 2018 and very satisfied. The app is intuitive, clean, and simple to use with features constantly rolled out, yet somehow avoiding bloat. I am diversified across many instruments, and to put a spotlight on Titan, impressed to say the least. Beyond the app itself and fund performance, one thing I want to point out is communication. I'm pretty passive and have had to reach out twice in 2 years, and in both times I got immediate response from the head honchos themselves with resolution despite a two time-zone difference. As Titan grows, I wonder if they'll be able to maintain this level of customer service but I hope it never goes away. Highly recommended.

Horrible returns and horrible service. Transferring accounts out of Titan is impossible and withdrawing or adding anything takes weeks. Retirement account moving from fidelity to titan was easy enough however moving it out of titan to another place was impossible. It Seems like the focus of there team is the aggressive risk category. There is no diversification in there profolio if you want long term gains go somewhere else. They will only give you losses.

No thanks! Many negative reviews from countless account holders. Not being able to login and very poor returns. I am steering clear of Titan Investments. Shady.

This is not just an app. It is a secure, transparent investment management tool. The only glitch is that when you indicate that you want to make a deposit, the amount field defaults to a grayed out $1,000. I didn't notice that the field was grayed out. If you want to deposit $1,000, you have to enter it in this field. The default value should be $0, The support team is excellent! They offer quick turnaround on my questions.

While the returns are good and the interface is easy to use, for customers with under $10k to invest, this option is a no-go. The monthly fees are $5/month for accounts with under $10k, but a fair 1% annual if you have over $10k. I deposited $100 to test out their returns, but the recent update left me feeling unwanted, which seems to contradict their messaging of the "hedge fund for everyone".

The App has been crashing repeatedly for days and the website is such a trimmed down version that most functionality is absent. Please do something!

They take $5 every month if you have under $10,000 in your account. I tried to take my money out and delete the app but it won't let you withdraw less than $100. Kind of bs honestly.

I have had this app and account for a couple of years now, but the app stopped loading and working for me in the last 3 - 4 weeks. Reported it but have gotten no response

A friend pushed me to do this so they can pay less. It's not worth it, dont do it bc someone's pushing you for the referral. The app sucks bc pages go blank constantly. Some features are only on the app and not the website. Also I dont trust narcissistic people who love to see themselves in the login be in charge of large amounts of money.

The app is sleek, easy to navigate and simple layout overall. With the short market highlights and updates and now several different portfolio strategy options it really does feel like having your own little hedge fund in your pocket. Really looking forward to Titan Crypto. The customer support has been helpful and responsive both times I needed them. Overall I really enjoy the app and hope they just keep on improving over time and I'll probably be a long time investor.

Absolutely love the app and the product. It's easy to use, easy to understand, and the content they push out on a recurring basis is great (their thoughts on the current state of the market, why they're making changes to your portfolio, etc). Plus, you're able to interact with the founders and ask questions/provide feedback, which is awesome. I've recommended this to a number of friends/family. ALSO, most importantly, it's worth mentioning that my investments have done well over the long term.

Has outperformed the market over the past year. Set and forget while titan does the work. Easy to use app with good daily updates and content. Have used app to contact support with questions and they've always responded very quick. A+ so far and would definitely recommend even if you're just starting out small.
