Worst watch & app, ever. Failed during firmware update. Retried several times to finish but nope. Now app can't see the watch, and watch is stuck at updating screen. This is second time it has happened. Last time watch was on warrant so they replaced it after a month at service center as they also couldn't get it to work. Why HP & Titan can't make a watch that works properly? Apple/Samsung and tons of Chinese companies have done it easily but these two can't get their act together. Pathetic!
Worst product can't connect to phone. Repaired several times. Still both hands are loose. No use of put more money in it. Use like ordinary watch to see time only. Made several correspondence to company for redressal but in vain. DON'T BYE ANY COSTLY WATCH OF TITAN AFTER SELL SERVICES IS WORST.
As I can read in the reviews I'm not the only one who's been ripped off buy this watch. It will not connect to the Bluetooth on my Galaxy Note 8, guy at sprint sold me the watch before the Note8 was released and said "You're going to love this watch with your new Note" which was total BS🤬🤬🤬 Nothing like having an expensive smart watch which is dumber than a sack of rocks!!! Thanks for nothing guys.
Unable to connect one plus, always it shows could not connect, please retry. Can you guys look into it.
The app doesn't connect with watch. Titan let me know what to do with this watch. I spent 24 k on it ... absolutely useless product. Not able to sell it also...
App doesn't work on miui with "miui optimizations" on. You have to turn them off for the app to work. Will rate 5 star if fixed.
Not all connecting to phone gave it to the shop they have done a factory reset still doent work, 22k watch is just a waste scrap couldn't use it
Worst ever App..... Dear Titan industries kindly keep posted to this review, the app doesn't work and how to even connect to the watch and use it. Whaste of money and time buying this juxt pro watch and being behind TITAN Company. 😱😱
Worst app and watch. App neither find the phone nor connect. 3times installed the app but remains same. Worst experience and wastage of money.

Worst App. The watch never gets connected to mobile app. Wasted 23k on this. Not worthy of a Titan product.
Waste of.money..no exact notification on steps, no realtime update, firmware bilkul bakwas. Health notifications are far below poor.

Charger is wast
New user. Satisfied with limited feature set. Bought second hand, but unused. Had to replace both batteries. No big deal. Did firmware update without any issues. Not an apple watch, by any means, but a nice looking watch with a few extra features.
