This app detects my watch, but I'm unable to complete the pairing process, not able to link with my Gmail or Facebook. Kindly suggest troubleshooting options.
Everytime I tried connecting the watch with the phone then there is an error coming up as "internal Server Error" don't know how to get rid of this issue feel like cheated and wasted 20k
Not able to link it to either gmail or fb account. Needs a fix so that can change my view and rating on the app.
The worst app...does not register with my watch and pairing does not work...after paying such huge money...one of the worst products of Titan
Waste of money and valuable time. Showing as unable to register the watch with app. Plz suggest what to do. Or get back watch & return our money.

Worst product ever. Never have rated an app before this low. Wasted my money, worst customer service ever. Please dont buy and get fooled. There was an issue with the watch display, got it fixed after 3 weeks. Now the login is blocked since someone at service center used default id. Sick and tired only suggestion don't waste your money. Titan is just not ready to sell such things...
The app never detected my watch no matter what I did. Called customer care and found out that they're unaware of the existence of this product. Was promised a call back which never happened even after 2 weeks. Went to the franchise to return the watch. I was told that's not possible. Was also told I should have come back the next day. My money wasn't refunded. Never even got an apology. I used to be a huge Tata fan. Now completely disillusioned. Will be filing a complaint in consumer court.
The app and watch seems to be nice in first look. But, it looks titan just want to show that they are still in the market. They have hurriedly made another watch this year which again is an incomplete product in design and technical support even the booklet is incomplete. None the less in overall it wins the heart. But, if we look deep within its body. Some flaws i noticed are Storage space they claim is 4GB but, since preinstalled software take lot of space one get only 2.70GB. 3. Very small screen size as compare to Moto 360 2nd gen. 4. In this 21st century from laptop to watches everything are so thin . This watch has a bulky look. its still lighter than the previous titan juxt version but lacks design sensibility 5. The cradle for charging the watch has a faulty design, when you clip on, it's interface become loose and therefore looses connection when plug to the computer. 5. Due to all this messed up software and product design. I feel; 22, 995 is not worth the money. I would like a refund back Mr. CEO of titan. Very Poor design

App is getting disconnected within few minutes. Very tough to connect again and no use of smart watch when app is not supporting.
Watch won't pair automatically when comes in range, have to wait for long of the connection.
Total waste of money. Should not be called a smart watch .. Connectivity between app and watch is worse .. When I try to install Safety I get a message saying the device is not compatible ..
Worst app. Watch processing speed is really bad not and does not have any value for 22k price.
It just does not connect with the watch. Half day gone n m still trying to connect my watch n phone...not smart at all.
Can not pair my watch once disconnected. Notification is not fast. Incoming call notification is super slow. After receiving call the watch started vibrating & showed the call notification. Juxt hate it.
Once it is disconnected we will have to Un install and re-install again and again. Waste of time and money.
One of the worst designed app. The watch it in it self is no winner and the app makes the experience even worse.
Pls introduce the feature to wake up the watch screen if any notification arrives like sms whatsapp or any other notification. Needs lots of improvements...titan as a brand name pls do the needful to maintain our trust on Titan...

Pathetic watch n app both also titan service.. after spending 23000 on junk watch
worst ever product, i bought just because made in India and Tata product, but really company is not ready to accept the defects and issues. horrible customer service and i wasted my 16k. its nothing more than 100 rs simple digital watch. google has made mandatory to give star to post other wise no star at all.
