I was able to pay a handful of times before the app just refused to work. All I got was an error message. I deleted the app. Even trying to use their site is a mess. It just "loads" the page forever before showing an error message. So I tried downloading the app again today. It does not recognize my log in information anymore, and now even after following the directions to change my password it won't log in. Extremely frustrating.

For the last few months I've experienced difficulty on my phone when I attempt to make a donation. The "Give Now" button dissappears - it reappears after I fiddle with the "Give" drop down box or log out and log back in several times. I tried to give from my tablet but the fees are much higher - very strange. PLEASE FIX. *** Samsung Galaxy A52 5g/Tab S6 Lite.

Makes tithing easier than following the link from the website every week, for sure. The design and layout is simple and easy to find what you need. Overall, great experience. My one gripe (yes, for me it is worth removing a star because I bought my particular phone so I can use this functionality) is that the app does not recognize the fingerprint sensor on my Note 20 Ultra. I use it for all other banking and financial apps, but it gives me the message "your device is not set up for touch ID"

Once you sign up they do not allow you to delete your account. It is difficult to figure out how to stop the giving app or make a change. Tithe.ly directly takes their cut out of your donation then sends the money to the church. They do not send statements or breakdowns for their charges. They transfer daily and you have to specially request weekly or monthly, which costs us more in bank fees because they charge per transaction. It is a very controlling company.

I'm not really sure why this app exists. It redirects everything put of the app to a browser window. The app is just a passthrough for their site. It would probably be easier just to bookmark the page in browser and skip having to open the app entirely.

Very convenient!! Works great with only one issue - when doing "multi-line giving" it automatically changes the last gift to Tithes & Offerings. Has happened twice. Now I just do two separate multi-line actions. Will keep using it and recommending.

I've used this app for at least a year now, and it's been great. A lot of people I know use it with no problem, too; this is just my experience with it. I recently gave to my church, and it took almost 2 weeks before they got it, when it usually takes 2-3 days only. I uninstalled it after that, because I need something a little more reliable. When it did work though, it worked really well.

This app is mostly easy to use on my android phone. It took a little bit of a learning curve. I was able to add my new credit card, but I'm still trying to figure out how to delete the now invalid credit card number. I would prefer to have a choice of using an alternative payment method such as Cash App or Zelle. Or maybe even PayPal.

In the last few days this app has stopped working as it has done so well in the past. Payment method suddenly declines. Removing and re-adding payment methods doesn't resolve the issue. I REALLY hope this can be remedied. This app has been the BEST way for me to be able to give as soon as I'm able to.

Totally fustrating, starting with only displying one character at a time, and only for a brief moment at that, when typing in the password. You never have a chance to see the whole password. I type the whole password before looking up to see what I've typed. Well, I do look up after typing the first letter to see I'm typing the first letter in the correct box. (Why didn't you include spell check?) Did I see right, two spaces for zip code? Then getting into an endless circle of invalids

Super glitchy. People in our church can't find out church within the app to give. I can't even get past the PIN page...keeps asking me for PIN and telling me it's wrong. I tried to do PIN reset, but never get the email. Tried several times.

I couldn't send my tithe at once by this app. I had to break it down and make 3 transactions. I could see only 2 on the recent giving page and they took money for those 2 from my bank but I got thank you email for all 3 transactions! Are they going to take out later or what?? I cannot trust this app 100%. Maybe I should go back to an old fashion way. Give tithe at the church!

today it told me twice there was an error processing my payment but i was charged both times. The "bot" wasn't helpful as it stopped responding to my questions. Had to schedule a call after hunting down the confusing options to make a report.

My wife set up an account, it was great for the first time. I had to switch bank account information, forgot my password, it sent a reset link, but when I reset my password, all my info was gone. It told me I had to set up a new account. As I input the info asked for, I realized it wanted me to set up a church for others to give to. That was June 1, 2019, it's the 11th, tried again. Went to my church, I asked for help..they were stumped as well. So I have erased the app. will use checks now.

I was able to give with no problem, then all of a sudden for weeks i wasnt able to. I removed the app after finding out that I was not able to give. I tried to add it back and now it's telling me that they cannot locate my church, however I'm able to see all my transactions this is crazy please fix this ASAP

There's no point in downloading the app if it opens up in a browser when you click the "give now" button. They haven't updated the app since 2016 but I'm thinking it's long overdue.

This saves time. I know most people want the traditional to the plate transfer, but for those of us that are very busy and never have time to go by the bank, it is very easy to use.

I'm not sure what's happening but i select the church then everything goes blank. No option for further action. Get this app right, nice to know this might be an option for giving as the bible says.

Wöw!!! What An Awesome App.. Tithe.ly has changed my world when it comes to giving at church. I don't like caring cash... I don't have to worry about filling out a tithe envelope, look for an ink pen nor lick the envelope any more...It's as easy as 123. Once your home church has established Tithe.ly account for the church, You can too ENJOY the Modern Day Technique in GIVING! We Have Gotten to Keep Up With The Times.. The only thing I had to do was download the app, follow the prompts, & pick the church of my choice that I wanted to give to. So Upon pay day, I Simply, Tap the Tithe App. This also Encourage me to pay Tithes before I Accidently see something I want instead of I Need... 🤔😉 Soooo, All in saying to get my tithe out of the way before the temptation of shopping or etc. I can now pay my tithes from my car, home or etc. It also sends your confirmation to your email as well as keep all money you have paid accountable for. I've been paying Through Tithe.ly over 6 Months & It's been a PLEASURE!!! HALLELUJAH!!! God Has Answered Another One of My Prayers.. An Exceptional Way of Given.

Don't use it. It is terrible. They charge a fee, and I'm not sure all of it gets to my church. They also don't seem to function very well. I spent most of today trying to get to my church's site to pay my tithes. I will just get the cash out of my checking account.

This free app is a useful tool in simplifying church giving. It allows you to support Kingdom building no matter how great or small for where ever you are at literally and spiritually.

Ok, but when I say find nearest church it can't find my church when I'm sitting in the pew. Also, it would be nice to remember my church from week to week rather than having to search all over again for it. The app seems to assume I'm more likely to give to a new church every week.

I have tried to use this app for church and can't find my church. It wants to set up an account as if I am the church and allow others to send me a tithe. I will give one more try. Sure liked simple church. Attempt #2 no luck. Won't be using it for for tithing.

It was really good as of lately it won't allow me to send any amount it keeps saying error. I have sent them a message and no response. I hope it's fixed soon. We may have to find another avenue to use for our church.

Please update app!!! To where it doesn't keep opening up browser for everything. It's an app tithing and all options should be able to be done in the APP.

I have used this app to pay my tithe to my Pastor. This company has successfully taken my money on each occasion but my Pastor has had little to no success receiving the funds. He's tried contacting them several times but no response. I would suggest against using this app our any app from this company. I almost feel they are fraudulent.

Won't accept 4 digit pin..every time I reset and get new one...same thing...I will just go old fashioned way and mail a check
